We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—charming, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It was a perfect match for our trip. The small garden was such a peaceful retreat, a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day out. The location was also excellent—close to everything we needed, yet calm and quiet. We really appreciated the personal touches: a selection of interesting books, a few different beers and a bottle of wine, and even a bucket of fresh fruits waiting for us as a surprise. It made us feel instantly welcome. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the host’s husband, who was especially generous with his time and assistance. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Stephan - always helpful and attentive, smart, funny, the kind of person you want as a friend. And then there's the apartment - spacious, has everything (a 3-4-5 minute tea timer? Really??!!), super comfortable bed and linens. And the location - multiple excellent restaurants and a small market within a few blocks, quiet and peaceful. It just felt like home right away. Thanks so much, Stephan, for this experience!

Alexander and his mother are very warm hosts who care that you feel comfortable and that you have everything you need. The apartment is perfectly located: quiet, only 10 minutes' walk to the train station with east-facing orientation and a large window to the balcony for plenty of sunlight in the morning, which makes you want to explore the surroundings. The small breakfast is the perfect start to the day! The products are of very good quality. And where else can you still get breakfast in a real AirBnB?! Fantastic! Thanks for the wonderful mini-break! I am totally thrilled and will definitely come back!

The apartment was very central, very nice and stylishly furnished, the hosts very nice and uncomplicated. The apartment left nothing to be desired, everything was very clean and everything worked well. A very nice outdoor area with pond and fire pit, which definitely invites you to linger quietly in summer. We had a fabulous time staying at Ruth’s! The apartment is adorable with everything you need including a piano and swing! The neighborhood is adorable, with walking paths and different playgrounds along the way to the subway station. Perfect for the family and easy to get into Munich. Also, there is free parking not far away.

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! Great location for visiting the Messe. We came for Bauma and were able to take Public Transport for a super quick connection, and avaid the car/parking headaches.

We stayed at Thomas's place at Schliersee's place for a quick vacation. The location was great, the breakfast absolutely varied, everything you can think of and very tasty! The room was exactly the same as the photos, very new and modern, clean and spacious! The bathroom is a dream! Check-in went smoothly via key box, check out as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Only criticism: since the room is right on the hallway next to the breakfast room, you regularly woke up from 6.30 (time at the beginning of breakfast), as it is very audible and the guests of course chat or ask the employees something. If you are sensitive in this regard, you should bring Oropax or book another room. It was fine with us. We felt very comfortable and recommend it 100%!

Alex and Karoline’s are amazing kind hearted hosts who made us feel very welcomed in Munich in their beautiful house. Alex was very proactive communicator with local recommendations and guidance for any inquiries we had. It is sweet touch of the owners’ to serve lovely breakfast every morning. One of the few AirBnB’s we felt like home. Flexible check-in timings, house was very easy to find with free parking beside the house if you are reaching by car. Convenient location one of the nearest S-Bahn stops is “Mittersendling” 12 mins walk from the house in 9-13 mins reaches Munich Hbf we used this way of transportation however you have plenty of bus options also nearby. Clean house with comfy beds. We would definitely choose Alex’s house for our next visit.
