There is a garage and space for 4 cars as well as two terraces. In the basement is a sauna and a relaxation room with shower, which is also suitable for staying overnight (double bed). In the attic there are two bedrooms with smart TV, they are separated by a curtain. The living room has a fireplace.

There are two double beds 180 × 200 cm, a double bed 140 × 200 cm, a single bed and a crib. The courtyard, as well as the garden can be used for barbecuing or for staying. Shopping is within walking distance. Popular destinations are Wittenberg, Torgau, Leipzig, Elbe, Wörlitzer Park... a little further Dresden, bike trips are popular.

Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.
