Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Cabin in Granåsen, Trondheim

Renting out a cozy little cottage close to Granåsen and Bymarka. A perfect starting point for skiing and hiking in forests and fields. Or to retreat a bit after a city trip. The cabin consists of one room with hallway, kitchenette and living room. There is a loft that sleeps two people and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two. Electricity and there is wood burning and access to firewood. Outdoor toilet. Simple standard. There is no running water, but water is available in water jugs. Cozy and intimate.

The cabin is located in a peaceful area, ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy nature. There is plenty of space for parking (up to four cars), and the cabin offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere – perfect for couples, friends or families who want a quiet stay with a short distance to both the city and nature.

Enjoy scenic surroundings in waterfront cabins. Suitable for couples as well as families. The cabins are shielded from view and have their own patio. You are free to use the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the forest, swim in the beach area and fish from the pier. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise, you can meet cats, foxes and deer.

Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

The road to the property is described as an idyllic place for a family bike ride in the book “Turmagi” on page 138.

The 'Hytte' has beautiful views across the fjord from 'Innherred' to 'Byneset'. You can also follow the 'Hurtigrute' on its way north or south. Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.
