Cozy and newly renovated apartment in Sverresborg Located in a residential area in quiet surroundings, with a 20-minute walk to the town center and close to the woods. A few minutes' walk to the bus and tram. The apartment has a new bathroom and kitchen, wood heating, and a cozy atmosphere. Fully furnished with new furniture, used only for rentals, so there is plenty of space for storing clothes. Baby cot and extra bed available. Sunny, south-facing site. Electricity and internet (fiber) are included. Free parking.

House with garden, views, and a large terrace!

The house has four bedrooms with two double beds, one single bed and a crib. Large terrace with several seating groups. Only 12 minutes to Tiller and approx. 20 minutes to Trondheim city center. A light trail and hiking terrain are 300 meters from the house. Vassfjellet Winter Park is 10 km away, and Granåsen is about 17 km away. Nidelva is a 5-minute walk from the house, with good opportunities for trout fishing in quiet surroundings. Gaula and Orkla are also only 20–30 minutes away by car.

Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy the coffee cup on the tram or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is decorated with peace, coziness and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a former restaurant on the site. The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.

Here the whole family can enjoy a great stay with immediate proximity to Bymarka in Trondheim, in the middle between the pearls Kyvannet, Lianvannet and Haukvannet. Short distance to the tram that takes you to Trondheim city center. Ski tracks, hiking trails and bathing water right outside the door.
