It's clearly stated in the information that there's an open staircase up to their living accommodation. Naturally you do hear them, but I didn't experience it as an inconvenience or problem. Responsive and very welcoming host. For me it was great being able to park earlier than check in time. Clean and neat, and bonus for good water pressure in the shower!

I was in Trondheim for work and stayed in Alexandra's apartment for three weeks. It's like staying with your best friends or family. Great location, komfort and perfect cleanliness of the apartment are important pluses, but the real treasure is the people who live there, very friendly, openhearted, helpful, supportive, with wonderful sense of humour and a lot of things that cannot be converted and compared to money.

I felt very comfortable with Sandra, she was super friendly. She has a beautiful house and the room is large and bright with a desk. The bathroom is located across from the room and was super clean I can highly recommend Sandra's place 😊
