Velkommen! Here you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large dining area and a well-equipped wardrobe. There is also a sauna for extra well-being. Note that the 2nd floor, which contains 4 bedrooms, is currently under renovation and therefore is not pictured – but it will be finished for the summer. The bathrooms will take you on a small time journey back to the late 90s and early 2000s, with classic details from the era. They are fully functional and spacious, but have retained their original charm until further notice.

Detached house, 4 bedrooms (all w/double bed). 2 living rooms, laundry room (w/washing machine, dryer and drying rack), 2 bathrooms with toilet + 1 toilet. Sauna in the basement. Dining area for 12 in the dining room, dining area for 4-5 in the kitchen. Main living room has corner sofa and TV. Basement living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and treadmill. Loft living room has room for air mattress (sleeps 2) Close to grocery, bus to the city center, close to Heimdal city center (wine monopoly, shops, trains, dining areas and the like).

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Relax in a spacious and cozy home with a gorgeous view of the city. It is located close to the Kyvatnet lake and the Bymarka with hiking paths and cross-country skiing trails. Good bus and tram connections to the centre and outdoor facilities, including the Granåsen Ski Centre. Free parking is available on the property. If needed, additional sleeping places could be arranged in the office and in the living room.
