We had a great week at this beautiful fjord-side home. Everything was perfect: the super soft bedding, the house very welcoming and very clean, the bay window directly overlooking the fjord... we even had a magnificent northern lights directly on the terrace!! Tommy is an extremely welcoming host (thanks again for the delicious fish!), very responsive and always concerned about our well-being. We recommend this house 100% thank you Tommy!!

we had the most wonderful stay; a fantastic house in a wonderful location with stunning views. Øystein welcomed us, explained everything we needed to know and gave us helpful tips for getting around and places to visit. Next to a beautiful woodland nature reserve for walks and an easy short bus ride into Tromsø. Kristine took the time to message us and help us find the perfect spot close to the house to see the Aurora Borealis :))

Very friendly and helpful host family, respond quickly if you have any questions. Very clean place and great location. The sauna was lovely. The kitchen is quite small and the ceiling is low, but still a very good place for up to 5 people. The surroundings are stunning, easy to get into the mountains.

I loved Anna’s place. It’s a beautiful and cosy space which has been very well decorated with great attention to detail and she has supplied absolutely everything you need for your stay. Just a short walk into downtown Tromsø I thought this was perfect for my stay. Thanks.

Really good AirBnb, clean and practical for our last days before leaving Norway although a little small for 5 adults.

Apartment was incredible and perfect for our family of 3. If you want to be away from city center, this is the place for you. Local transportation is within walking distance and very reliable even during a snowstorm. Knut was welcoming and helpful. Can’t recommend Knut’s place enough.

The apartment is located in a quiet area at the top of the mountain. The bus stop is a few hundred meters away. Across the street you have a beautiful view of the city, on the last evening we watched the northern lights over the house, the city and the Storsteinen from there, really very nice. For skiers (cross-country skiing), the area is perfect. In the immediate vicinity are several illuminated cross-country trails (e.g. Charlottenlund or Prestvatnet). I also liked the Tromsø Alpine Park. They are very nice hosts, I didn't have to ask any questions, as everything was already answered via the Airbnb app (code for the key box, Wi-Fi, garbage separation, access to the apartment, ...). Since it was not my first stay in Tromsø, I did not need excursion tips, but there are several brochures for this on the shelf. By bus you are in the city in about 10 minutes. The surroundings (generally northern Norway) are beautiful.

Very responsive friendly host. Allowed us late check out which was ideal and convenient for our flight. Svipper bus service easy and excellent. Joker convenience shop late opening was a huge bonus for late arrival to get tea coffee and milk :)

Very nice apartment, close to the city center within walking distance in 10 minutes. Very nice view from the living room True airbnb, you can feel that the host lives there: well-equipped kitchen, quality furniture and bedding. Big apartment, well heated. We had a lovely stay. Responsive host.

The location is peaceful and perfect for a quiet retreat, yet conveniently accessible. The cable car Fjellheisen, bus stop, and grocery store are all nearby. Jarl and Frøydis are excellent hosts, and the place fully lives up to its glowing reviews. They provide all essential amenities, with the added bonus of micro-spikes for winter, which were incredibly useful. Jarl also shared some great local tips that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay! Clean, spacious, warm, and welcoming. Super equipped kitchen. Breathtaking views of the fjords with a terrace perfect for spotting and enjoying the aurora! We were able to see it for 2 nights in a row. I highly recommend this home. Super responsive hosts Simple and dynamic check-in and check-out. The only downside: "clean" towels and bed linen were crammed inside the closet leaving you the Doubtful of the real cleanliness. I recommend hosts to keep an eye on the order of closets. Otherwise everything is absolutely perfect.
