Ingrid’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Tromsø. It is in an incredibly central location but also in its own quiet corner. It is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and popular areas, and has easy access to several bus stops moments away. It is also very easy to access from the airport via bus and Ingrid‘s check-in instructions were very clear and made getting in and out of the property a seamless experience. The apartment itself is in a perfectly clean condition with modern furniture and a super comfortable bed, and has everything you need to relax during your stay. Ingrid and the team were moreover incredibly helpful and proactive in making recommendations and responded promptly to all questions and requests. They even gave us a heads up when the northern lights were visible to make sure we wouldn’t miss it! I cannot recommend Ingrid’s place enough and would certainly choose to stay here again should I ever return to Tromsø.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay

This is essentially a brand new apartment in the new Vervet quarter. Storgata (ie Main Street) is only a minute walk away. Fantastic coffee shop on site! The view from the lounge is literally breathtaking... we actually gasped on entry. Great comms too. Will make a excellent base for Tromso, for city break or something more adventurous; airport bus stop just on the main road. Right by the museums and the bridge etc etc. Lovely and quite, warm and clean and lovely home. Thanks Marita!!

Fantastic stay! We were only in Narvik for one night but felt immediately at home. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped. The sauna was a real highlight, and we loved the beautiful sea view. Rune was very friendly and quick to respond, making us feel very welcome. We’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

A very cozy little apartment right on the water. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the view of the sea is great. The apartment is ideally located so that the village is reachable in a few minutes' walk.

Feel like home should be a right word of this place. Nice beach view, cozy & clean house. Very relaxing. It’s very close to the city, and not far from Airport but quiet enough to feel refresh & relax.

My third winter stay in Vadsø. Always peaceful, scenic and quiet. My favourite place to wind down and recharge my batteries. Highly recommended.

Anita and Björn are amazing people! We were well received, showed us and explained everything the cabin. Invite us to extend to them at home for tea with pastries Anna made including strawberry jam and homemade raspberries. Get to know a little bit of local people - it's her one-of-a-kind life, that's why we love Airbnb. The latte is cute, has all the basic and necessary things. The bedrooms are upstair with quite steep stairs, at night it is a bit difficult to get down to the toilet. We got along with a family of 4 people. For 3-4 nights it is quite reasonable to stay in the cabin and compromise on the comfort of a larger, more well-equipped home (and also more expensive). Total pretty good value for the price. The Great Benefits - Perfect location to see the Northern Lights. We saw a few times right next to the house. There is also a nearby car park 3 minutes drive. There is a natural slide in the garden and the kids played for hours in the snow and slide. The sauna is just something extremely rare - a must try, unusual experiences! With sea view and warmth with trees. (Extra charge).

We enjoyed our stay. The house is really welcoming and comfortable. The hosts lived in the apartment below but remained very discreet. The view from the living room and bedrooms is really beautiful from the morning until the small evening lights. The house is very well equipped as if we were at home.

The cottage is cozy, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, and Benthe was so kind and helpful. Wish I could have stayed more days! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Gunnar's apartment - what a view! The apartment is on two floors, spacious, well equipped and lovely and warm. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the outside deck. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and it's an easy 20 minute walk into the main area of town for bars, restaurants and museums. It's an 8 minute walk to Polaria bus stop for the 42 bus to the airport. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in the nature among the little animals. The view from the house is just perfect. We cannot recommend better for a peaceful stay. Thank you for everything !

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! We had an amazing time visiting Fjordgard. Skiing right from the house and a sauna walking distance just up the road. Highly recommend this place.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is gorgeous. The view over the fjord from the deck is like a postcard. The surroundings are idyllic but only a 5/10 min walk to a frequent bus service into Tromso and the airport. The supermarket 10 minutes walk is one of the best we’ve been to. Lots of walking nearby in beautiful surroundings. The room is perfectly equipped (all kitchen things you may need) and decorated beautifully. Bed was like a cloud. Big TV with Apple TV for cosy night in. Little details all thought about: toothbrushes, toothpaste, little chocolates on arrival, wool blankets to take to the deck, dressing gowns, tea/coffee. Simen went above and beyond for us. He had so much detail about local recommendations, kept us updated on the aurora, gave us a lift home from the supermarket when we bumped into him! The sauna is a highlight, and again all details including flip flops and towels and a little fan. Really one of our favourite stays. Thank you Simen!

Entering Kai-Andre's place I felt like I was walking into my own home. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Cleaning products, coffee and tea, shower gels and shampoos, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing is missing, which was important for us, who like to cook our own food!! There isn't a washing machine, as far as I could tell. Admittedly, I never asked for it, since we didn't really need it. The house is very warm, especially the bathroom floor, where I loved warming up my feet upon returning from skiing! Kai-Andre is very friendly and super responsive, should you need anything from him. He gave us helpful info to get transport into town and always replied to my texts within minutes. The location was ideal for us, who were not interested in being in the city centre. Catching a bus couldn't be easier, as you only need to walk across the road to the bus stop! What else can I say? I'd love to visit this place again, and hopefully to stay at Kai-Andre's place!

Amazing Value, Mr.Tor is a very sweet host. There are quite a lot of things in the kitchen to have a snack. The place is very underated as pictures cannot show the reality. Very good location and scenic views from the stay. I’m out of words. Mr.Tor also have us reindeer hides and he has been very patient and supportive as I lost a set of keys out in the cold snow. Though he wasn’t home his wife took us in and drove to Mr.Tors work to her get extra keys. He also recommended us with quite some places to explore around also offered more help I didn’t expect. Thanks a lot Mr.Tor

Lovely apartment. Cosy decor and lots of amenities. Felt very at home. Very warm heating and good layout. Host was very responsive and helpful. We saw the northern lights from the balcony too. About 1 hour walk into Tromso but you can get bus from outside the flat.

This place is and will be fantastic. First of all, seeing Frank was very nice. He immediately makes you feel very welcome. He is hospitable and cheerful. The apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated. Clean, large windows, nice bed, good kitchen essentials and a wood-burning stove outside to light a fire. The views over the coast and the mountains are phenomenal and due to the rapidly changing light, you never get bored. It's a really restful place and it was a valuable ‘coming home’. This was an amazing cozy place! The neighborhood is fantastic, there are two bus stops very close by, making it incredibly easy to get around. It's a short ride from the center and both the Tromso museum and Telegraf beach are a short walk away, as well as an Xtra supermarket with everything you need. The apartment is well equipped and well organized, we had an amazing stay here. Thanks again!
