Family-friendly vacation rentals in Troms

Vi hade en underbar tid i Sonjas stugan. Där finns många informationer och man kan ta härliga tourer på Vesterålen och Lofoten eftersom stugan ligger så central. Stugan är mycket comfortabel inredd varm, ljus och solig; den ligger idylliskt lugnt och trevligt nära vattnet i ett vackert naturområde med underbar utsikt. Efter bad i fjorden är den varma poolen verkligen fantastiskt! Vi rekommenderar stugan varmt!!! Tack för allt.

Meravigliosa baita con una vista incredibile sul fiordo. Luminosa e confortevole, con un sacco di spazi comuni utili per le nostre esigenze. É stata la base perfetta per la nostra settimana di scialpinismo a Lyngen. Inoltre, la chicca è la vasca idromassaggio esterna dove ci si può rilassare sotto le stelle a fine giornata. Maria e Andreas sono sempre stati disponibili e molto amichevoli, accogliendoci anche nel cuore della notte a causa di un ritardo del nostro volo. Consigliatissimo!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wundervoll. Das Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, den wir täglich genossen haben. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten. Die ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zur Natur machten unseren Aufenthalt besonders erholsam. Der Gastgeber war äußerst hilfsbereit und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, super gemütlich und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Arthur hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns einige Tipps für Tromsø gegeben und sogar noch Getränke für den Whirlpool gebracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank :)

Die Unterkunft von Anette war für uns der perfekte Ort für unsere Tourenferien. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fjord und ist nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten genügend Platz für uns drei. (Achtung 1 Zimmer hat keine Tür) Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man hat vom Esstisch eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Anette ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und hat auch bei unserer verspäteten Ankunft auf uns gewartet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Anettes Wohnung.

Per was an exceptional host! Out of 100 stays, he is by far the best host we have had. Per made sure everything was perfect for the stay. The kids loved the snow on the farm and Per sorted out a sledding hill for them along with all the bits and bobs needed to enjoy the cold weather. He went above and beyond and I am grateful for the hospitality and love that he showed myself, wife, and three kids. Thank you!

Stay and book within the city of Tromsø for 2-3 days and the rest of your stay, you MUST book one of Freddy’s campers. Beyond the city, you will see the real beauty of Tromsø. We stayed at Freddy’s place for 5 nights! Within six days, 1. We saw the Aurora Borealis dancing right in front of Freddy’s property. 2. We watched the most beautiful green, pink, purple Aurora Borealis during our last night right at Freddy’s backyard. 💚💜💖 3. We hiked twice in different areas 30-mins away by driving from Freddy’s place, 4. We had a walk in the nearby area 5. We ate quail eggs (gifted to us by Freddy). 6. There was a day when we just stayed in the camper, enjoyed the view and read a book. We also walked around the area that day. 7. From afar, we saw Moose and Reindeers. 8. Max the cat, the ducks and Geese are a plus! So adorable! We really wanted to get around the places outside the city, good thing Freddy had an extra car for us to rent. We can assure you, renting a car and driving around is worth the view, worth the everything! 😉 The camper was clean, complete and organize as we arrived. For two people, it is very spacious. The view from the window is stunning. The camper is well-heated. 30mins away, there is a local grocery store. We ate there once and we liked it, and we did our groceries from there too. Karin welcomed us and explained to us everything. Freddy was very helpful with many tips to give us. You can ask him anything about Tromsø. He lent us snow shoes and walking sticks for hiking. We wouldn’t have hiked without it. They are both hospitable and very interesting people to talk with. So if you’re planning a trip outside of Tromsø city, Freddy’s camper is the place to be!

We cannot say enough about how lovely our stay was at this beautiful property. The views, the comfortable accommodations, the sauna and jacuzzi, cozy and well supplied kitchen…Tromvik Lodge had it all! We really appreciated how responsive Tore was since we needed some guidance with it being our first time in Norway. He made everything accessible for us and we felt right at home. Despite it being cloudy during our stay, we had two spectacular nights viewing the Aurora borealis! It was a dream come true in the most perfect setting at this lodge.

Very nice and cozy place, exactly same as decribed. Bjorn is super friendly host, if given a chance will love to stay again. Thank you so much Bjorn🥰❤️❤️❤️

Très bon accueil. Le logement était propre et pratique. Très bien positionné pour démarrer un road trip vers les Lofoten.

We were very happy at Bente's place. Bente was there to greet us when we arrived (at the time of our choosing after the check-in time), and explained everything. There was also a really good book explaining things but we then only needed to use that as a reference as Bente had already explained it all. Bente has also been very easy to communicate with electronically - very responsive and proactive. The cabin has a very private setting on a beautiful shoreline, and has plenty of windows to let in the light and lovely views (exactly as per the pictures on Airbnb). The cabin was very well kitted out - it had everything needed; for example, the kitchen was really great. We were also very grateful for the use of the snowshoes, and the children loved the sledges and Bente pointed out a great hill beside the house to use these on. We'd definitely hope to return if / when we return to the area.

Ottima esperienza in una casa molto accogliente e pulita e con gli host sempre disponibili ad aiutarti. posizione vicina al centro, facilmente raggiungibile con 3 fermate di bus, zona splendida soprattutto per i dintorni, con una vista spettacolare sulla città e abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di vedere l'aurora boreale dalla finestra.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche! Wir konnten vom Haus aus die Nordlichter sehr gut beobachten! Herzlichen Dank nochmals!

The cottage is cozy, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, and Benthe was so kind and helpful. Wish I could have stayed more days! Highly recommended.

Wunderschön gelegen, direkt bei den Huskies. Gemütliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Hütte. Das Frühstück ist sensationell und sehr zu empfehlen

Lovely quirky little cabin. Melissa has the cabin very well kitted out. It was warm cosy and comfortable. It was ideal for our overnight stop on the way to Tromso from Lofoten Islands.

Nous avons adoré cet endroit. La maison est très confortable et bien équipée.. et LA VUE! Le logement donne une sensation du bout du monde et proche de nombreux départs de très belles sortie de ski de randonnée avec vue sur les Alpes de Lyngen. Bref nous avons adoré et espérons pouvoir revenir.

We visitited Stine's place in April. It is in a quiet central location with excellent views from the lounge window. It is modern and well kept up, yet has the lovely cosy warmth when outside it is freezing and snowing hard. Stine, like other Norwegians we have met, is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Stine.

Мястото на Stian не е голямо, но разполага с всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Локацията също е добра - близо до красиви гледки, летището, центъра на града, магазини. Районът е тих и спокоен. Успяхме да видим и северното сияние от Telegrafbukta (по препоръка на Stian). Комуникацията със Stian беше лесна и бърза.

Wir hatten vier unvergessliche Tage in Trømsø. Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Lage. Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Wasser. Es gab sogar einen Parkplatz am Haus. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Le logement de Kjersti est très confortable. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer quelques jours ou plus. L'endroit est peut être un peu éloigné des villes mais si on recherche le calme c'est parfait, je recommande !

Daniel is a great host, beautiful place. Felt like a home away from home. It's just 3 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop that goes to the city centre. The supermarket is also very close and tromso cable car is just 500m walk. The drawing room and the kitchen is especially well decorated. Everything was perfect during our stay. We'd love to stay again when we'll visit tromso in the future.

Fabiane is a fantastic host, and her communication was great. The flat is amazing and clean. The lounge is huge with massive windows and beautiful views. We also saw the northern lights from the flat. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fabiane’s home and highly recommend it to anyone who travels to Tromso.

The only tricky thing was the parking, but this place is a great spot to stay!
