Great location, fantastic host & beautiful modern apartment- what's there not to like! The previous tenants had clogged up the coffee machine and Raymond immediately went out to buy a brand new espresso machine in the same day! But the early afternoon when we got back, he had loaded it with fresh beans with a message "fresh coffee when you are back".. very thoughtful & responsive host. Highly recommended again & again

The pictures does not lie. The house is really beautiful. The main bedroom has a nice view to the sea, and loved falling asleep to the sound of waves. Everything was clean and tidy. Own sheets and towels made me think of Hotels. A nice welcomegift, and the host was available for questions. The house is 10 minutes from the city, with lots of nice hiking trips nearby. We also had a daytrip to Lofoten. Warmly recommended to everyone who is thinking about visiting North Norway.

Thomas was a wonderful host with his two cute dogs Tipp and Judo. It was great chatting to Thomas about the local history and sites - we got many tips. We were also made to feel at home which wasn’t difficult anyway as the decorations and atmosphere felt like us. The views were breathtaking too . 🙏🙏

What a fantastic time I had at this Airbnb. The location is nothing short of magical, a true winter wonderland. Private, silent and beautiful. Spending the nights standing in the snow illuminated by the waxing moon with stunning Aurora displays above all 4 nights. If you're looking to explore Senja this is the place to stay. Tommy is an incredibly kind person and it was a pleasure meeting and chatting with him. He shared my passion for nature and the Aurora and he puts a lot of care into your stay. This is a place to leave everything behind, get outside and get back to nature. A true arctic experience to be plowing snow from the driveway, collecting firewood and standing in the middle of snowstorms. I can't wait to visit again.

We spend 5 wonderful weeks at Linn’s cosy house in april-may :) We had the best time skitouring and enjoying the surrounding mountains. The house was just like it’s shown in the pictures, it has such a nice vibe and perfect views from the windows. Linn was very helpful and easy to reach when needed. Thank you! We’ll be back :)

Andrine has a very nice house with all the amenities you need and then some. Clean and tidy and responded quickly if I had any questions. Breathtaking views of Harstad area.

Oddgeir's house was a find and an asset to our Arctic vacation. We had a wonderful few days there with our 2 little children. Location: The remote location on the fjord is fantastic and very quiet. Obviously perfect for watching the Northern Lights, even if we were unfortunately unlucky because of the cloud cover. House: The house was very clean, the amenities optimal. Underfloor heating and fireplace - simply cozy. Communication: Couldn't have been better. 2 examples. 1) My husband and son traveled alone because my daughter was sick and we were only able to fly to Tromsø later. Oddgeir then offered us to stay one night longer at no extra cost. 2) When our car got stuck in the snow, he organized a tractor within 20 minutes that pulled us out. Oddgeir insisted that we feel at home - we did! Highly recommended.

Borge is an outstanding and helpful host who assisted us with any questions. He had arranged for us to pick us up in Finnsnes at the harbor in advance. The house is very clean and has great amenities! It's warm and there's a great wood-burning stove in the living room. The washing machine is already equipped with detergent. We picked up our rental car in Finnsnes at Hertz and were only able to go shopping at Kiwi (good prices!) a few meters further. When returning, it is possible to take the bus in Finnsnes. Particularly noteworthy is the incredible view of the water and the mountains. We were lucky enough to watch the aurora lights directly from the terrace in 5 nights, an incredible experience! Just 10 minutes by car from the house, the beautiful sandy beach Heimbørsanda with many mussels is located in Aglapsvik. For us it was a beautiful stay at Jøvika Lodge and we'd love to come back! 🤗🫶🏽💚🫎 Thank you!

This has got to be one of the best places we've ever stayed! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and very comfortable. The living area has a great big corner sofa and a big TV with Apple TV and a sound bar (you can connect to this via Bluetooth if you want to listen to music). The internet is fast and worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped with just about everything you could need...toaster, microwave, induction hob, food processor, knives, utensils...even a waffle maker if you're into that! The deck is large and well equipped with tables and chairs and the view...well, it is quite simply spectacular! We just sat and soaked it in for ages...the only sounds are waterfalls in the distance and birds. You're just a few yards from the water and you can fish from the shore. We caught cod which were cooked for tea...fabulous! We really can't recommend it enough and we very much hope we can return before too long.

nice and pleasant stay

An absolutely fantastic stay! Ole's cabin is just perfect – a beautiful, cozy home surrounded by nature. The location is quiet and idyllic, ideal for switching off and relaxing but also hiking and fishing. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed super comfortable and the amenities were exactly as specified! Ole is a fantastic host, warm, helpful and always available for questions. He gave us great tips for the area, which made our stay even more special. We would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely be back! 100% recommendation

Beautiful home , well equipped. There were 8 of us and we didn't bother . The cabin is in a beautiful environment, very quiet, conducive to animal observation: eagles, cormorant,oyster pie..., otters, porpoises, heather rooster, heron,swan... reindeer, momentum. We were able to see some very beautiful northern lights. Andreas is a very responsive,kind and helpful host. In short: a beautiful place 😄

We immediately felt at home in the place and could not have asked for a better place for our trip to Lyngen. The house was very cozy, the rooms optimally divided and everything very clean. We particularly liked the large kitchen-living room, where you can stay with enough space. The most important utensils for cooking were available. The view from the terrace to the fjord and the surrounding mountains is unique. Celine was always available and very friendly before and during the trip. The accommodation not only met, but exceeded our expectations! Definitely recommended - we'll be happy to come back!!

We loved our stay on Senja. The cabin’s location is beautiful and the hosts were very friendly, generous with their time and helpful with local advice.

To say amazing- is to say nothing. Stig's place is.... you just need to get there to see all with your eyes! Definitely- highly recommend for nature lovers and ones who wants a private place relax.

We stayed at Dag's Hytta for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The little house is located in a very beautiful, natural and well-kept area with direct beach access and great views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. Reindeer regularly visit the property and the friendly chickens happily peck at their food: A great nature experience. The cottage is new, super clean, well equipped and very cosy. There is a small cast-iron stove inside for bad weather and fire bowls outside for fires in good weather. There is a generous supply of firewood for free use. Dag and his wife Meret are a very generous and helpful hosts in every respect: A very likabke host couple. We hired a boat from Dag for three days to go fishing and enjoy the sun in the fjord. The 4.75 metre GRP boat with 40 hp and fish finder/chart plotter is in perfect condition and can be reached directly via the jetty on the beach. The area offers a super fish stock. We'll be back! Thank you for the awesome time!
