This is really a very cozy and beautiful house, the house is in front of the canyon, the view is great, Edna Bosse and her husband took care of the house very clean and tidy, you can feel their careful maintenance of the house everywhere, if there is a chance, I hope to stay again in some summer.

We were very happy at Bente's place. Bente was there to greet us when we arrived (at the time of our choosing after the check-in time), and explained everything. There was also a really good book explaining things but we then only needed to use that as a reference as Bente had already explained it all. Bente has also been very easy to communicate with electronically - very responsive and proactive. The cabin has a very private setting on a beautiful shoreline, and has plenty of windows to let in the light and lovely views (exactly as per the pictures on Airbnb). The cabin was very well kitted out - it had everything needed; for example, the kitchen was really great. We were also very grateful for the use of the snowshoes, and the children loved the sledges and Bente pointed out a great hill beside the house to use these on. We'd definitely hope to return if / when we return to the area.

Jorun has had many guests in her house on Sommaroy. Like all guests before us, I can only confirm from the heart what a great hostess Jorun is and how comfortable we felt in her house from beginning to end!!!!! Even when arriving, the weather was anything but smooth, she was there for us with help and advice, thank you very much for that;) We will definitely come back again, on the one hand to enjoy Jorun's hospitality again and on the other hand to get a second chance to see the aurora lights, which unfortunately was not the case this time. We had a lovely stay here and it was all we could have asked for. You can see the sea from the hut the view was beautiful. The accommodation was warm and the host provided tea and snacks which went down a treat after the long drive. If we ever come back we would stay here again.

An amazing experience and made our trip really unforgettable. The balcony is the best where we could enjoy the sunrise !

My family and I felt comfortable in Gammelstua from the beginning. It is very cozy, located below the road alone on the water, yet is still central. Tromsø and the airport can be reached in twenty minutes by car, halfway we bought in the supermarket "Eidehandel" and ate in the associated canteen. There is plenty to discover on Kvaløya, for example, you can ride dog sledges. When we arrived, there was a snowstorm, but Siv and her brother took wonderful care of the driveway and answered our questions about parking right away.

We had a great week at this beautiful fjord-side home. Everything was perfect: the super soft bedding, the house very welcoming and very clean, the bay window directly overlooking the fjord... we even had a magnificent northern lights directly on the terrace!! Tommy is an extremely welcoming host (thanks again for the delicious fish!), very responsive and always concerned about our well-being. We recommend this house 100% thank you Tommy!!

Nice place with good view.

We were very much looking forward to our stay in Norway and the host was always available. We chose to stay in peace and nature with sauna and hot tub. For the use of this, we had to pay extra which is not very clearly stated. For this price, maybe a little more wood provided because you will certainly not be able to use this and since the price is already pricey anyway, if this is unlimited, we find it. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful view. However, a dangerous staircase, especially the hole down when you are upstairs. Children who are playing do not always have this in mind, maybe a fence provided for safety! The fireplace is definitely a plus because we love this coziness. We were able to admire the northern lights 5 of the 6 nights from the terrace. The kitchen equipment may be a little more extensive. We missed a mixer to mix our soup and a colander to shake off the spaghetti.

Nice and spacious apartment very central in Harstad. Siv Linda responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful in facilitating that we could have the one year old with us. Lovely views!

The place was clean, with free parking, heat, sauna ( you need to heat it and take care of it) and jacuzzi . We were 4 adults and he provided accommodation in a different room with own bathroom and kitchenette for 2 adults ( perfect for friends as the bed are one person ones and delimitated by a private wall) . Steffi was really nice and warm and always with a smile on the face . We prepared our own dinner so we had all we needed

We were warmly welcomed. The cabin was perfect. We watched whales and northern lights from the terrace. Despite bad weather, we felt very comfortable, we had everything we needed. This house offers an extraordinary view of the sea and the Northern Lights on the beautiful island of Sommarøy. The decor is impeccable, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere, especially with the warm fireplace that adds to the charm. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, and it is conveniently located close to Tromsø and the ferry to Senja. Runne was an excellent host, always attentive and even gave us Northern Lights alerts, which made our experience even more special. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Sommarøy!

We spent a few days in a beautiful house. Marianne was very helpful with her advices. I would roccommend it to all who wants to stay in a remote nice place.

Amazing cabin in Ringvassøya, as quiet as the arctic countryside but conveniently located 30mins from Tromsø! The house, fully furnished and equipped, is just beautiful, it feels like being on a boat… the sauna in front of the Ocean is an absolute blast! Tina and René have been super reactive and helpful when needed! Couldn’t ask for more! :) hope to see you next time!

Just wow! We loved the house, the location, sauna and hot tub! It’s beautiful and peaceful. Hans is a very nice host, helped and explained everything. We had the best time and hopefully come back one day. :)

Ever was perfect. The house, the surroundings. Perfect place to see the northern lights. And we were able to see a seal as well. Nice sunny days and also to experience the real winter has given the real wow feeling.
