Located on a large, pastoral lot in one of the most desirable areas of Trinidad. This adorable house has been completely remodeled and now has all the modern conveniences. A few minutes walk to College Cove and Trinidad State parks to the south as well as a "secret" beach located at Martin Creek trail just to the north. Close to town.

The Surf Sanctuary retreat is minutes away from remote beaches and redwoods. Please note: Redwood Park is 30 minutes away. The sanctuary is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and bathroom. We are located within a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 30 minutes away from Redwood State and National Parks. This little cottage has a view of the ocean, is private and in a quiet neighborhood, and is great home base for exploring the local area, or just enjoying reading by the fire. The house has all that you need for a relaxing get away. We lived in this home for several years and therefore it has all that you need such as a full kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, etc. We now provide WiFi. We also take COVID-19 seriously and ask that you observe all recommended precautions.
