Or hop on the Highway 1/3 mile away. 3.5 miles to Airport, 30 to Redwood National & State Parks. We’ll share walls so you’ll sometimes hear me, though I try to be a considerate neighbor. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

Pilot Rock Cottage

This little cottage has a view of the ocean, is private and in a quiet neighborhood, and is great home base for exploring the local area, or just enjoying reading by the fire. The house has all that you need for a relaxing get away. We lived in this home for several years and therefore it has all that you need such as a full kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, etc. We now provide WiFi. We also take COVID-19 seriously and ask that you observe all recommended precautions.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy cottage is nestled on four and a half acres of beautiful second growth redwoods just outside the town of Trinidad. It is a small and simple cottage with three beds and all the necessities needed to cook. The cottage's main heat source is a gas fireplace. WIFI service is available, there is no tv/entertainment center, so bring your laptop if you want to.

This private two-bedroom one bath home located in sunny Blue Lake is a great base for day trips to the Redwood National Parks, ocean, and beautiful hiking trails. The house also boasts a hot tub on the back patio and the large front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
