Sasha's house îs situated în a small village 20 minutes South of Postojna. It is an old family house renovated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a longer stay, to include a small swimming pool. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay more. Sasha îs a great host. He welcomed us, offered drinks and small gifts when we left. His attitude was always proactive and offered great recommendations. We felt great and we would love to come back. Thank you Sasha for a warm welcome and for making us feel like home. We would come back because the area offers a lot to do. See you next time Marian

The place was great, very cosy and warm, well equipped, the host was very responsive. There is another apartment upstairs (the office) with another bed, restroom and even a little kitchen corner. The house has very thick walls, which was great because the noise from the fireworks didn’t bother us and our dogs at all (we were there for the new years). The garden is beautiful, the pool must be great during the summer. ☺️

It was great, we arrived at Sunday (shops are closed in Slovenia at Sunday), so we really appreciated that there was some basic food and also flexibility of check-in via key box.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Our stay at House Kalin with Susanna was just perfect! Susanna welcomed us, despite late arrival due to traffic, super friendly and with a homemade cake. The house is in a secluded quiet place, 15 minutes to Umag and has a great private garden and terrace. It was perfect for us with our dog, although unfortunately we could not use the garden too much because of the rainy weather. The house is clean and modern, you have everything you need and with the fireplace it was super cozy in the evening. We felt completely at home. Susanna is the perfect host. We got wild asparagus from her garden and also as the Wifi caused problems, she was immediately accessible and solved the problem within minutes. In addition, she also accommodated us with a later check-out and was understanding that our baby unfortunately broke something. We will be happy to come back!

Caterina’s apartment was comfortable, clean, convenient, and very spacious. This was our first time in Trieste and Caterina provided a welcoming experience to a special city by the sea. Amenities were plentiful and decor was unique. We hope to return and stay here again.

We had a great short stay at Branka's apartment which has amazing views overlooking the water and parts of Piran. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets! Branka was a wonderful communicator from the start and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We loved the location and the access to many walks for exploring the town and the area. We had a fantastic stay! Our group of four adults and two children found the place perfect for our needs. There's even a sleeper sofa in the living room, which added to the convenience. The pool was great, and we loved using the grill and the pizza oven. The surrounding area offers plenty of beautiful beaches and a variety of excellent restaurants.

We enjoyed this heavenly place in Istria for ten days. We stayed in the Verde apartment and this accommodation exceeded our expectations. It is a beautifully decorated, cool and clean apartment with every luxury, such as a dishwasher, two refrigerators, a lovely large bed and a nice rain shower. The beautiful view of the green hills from the private terrace completed the holiday experience for us. The contact with the neighbors who welcomed us and answered our questions was very warm. We can look back on a nice, relaxing holiday.

Grate location, helpful hosts, comfortable sofa

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

A great place to stay! You can reach restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and attractions in a few minutes and yet it is quiet. The location couldn't be better. It was very clean. The bathroom is not suitable for tall people due to the ceiling height. But we got along with it. One should be aware that this is an attic apartment on the 4th floor with no elevator. The condition of the stairwell should not be distracted. We recommend the place!

The house is large, high ceilings and decorated with old beautiful furniture. The terrace is wonderful and the view of the bay incredibly beautiful. A house with personality! Easy to take the bus in to Trieste. And good with parking by the house. Tanja was very friendly. Everything was great!

We drove up from Rovinj and the road was a little wild, definitely best attempted in the light but worth it. The accommodation was lovely. Very homely and clean. Sandra the host didn't speak much English but we made it work and she was very welcoming. There were no basics like tea or coffee so I wish I had been more organised. The pool was great- very refreshing and the view absolutely incredible

We stayed at Villa Paradiso as a group of friends and loved it. The house is well equipped and has all the amenities you could ask for from the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness area and barbecue area. There are numerous different ways to sit and unwind in the outdoor area. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful view over the whole area. We were completely satisfied.

I have to say, this is probably the cleanest Airbnb I've every stayed in........sparkling clean! Tatjana was accommodating in every way to insure our comfort. The villa is lovely inside and out, located in a quite, remote village, but centrally located on the peninsula with easy access in every direction........and, there's a great restaurant just a two minute walk away with a terrace for sunset watching, the only one in town, I believe. Loved our stay here! Beast wishes to Tatjana.
