Absolutely amazing place, the location is really beautiful. The house has everything you need, spotless and SO clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is big and really good water pressure. The bedroom is big and the mattress is amazing! Plus it has a fitness area. It has a beautiful garden as part of the house to relax and disconnect. But this is just the house, the host is what makes the place a true top stay with an unbeatable welcome treat, and a very welcoming attitude! 100% we are coming back! Thank you so much!

Sasha's house îs situated în a small village 20 minutes South of Postojna. It is an old family house renovated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a longer stay, to include a small swimming pool. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay more. Sasha îs a great host. He welcomed us, offered drinks and small gifts when we left. His attitude was always proactive and offered great recommendations. We felt great and we would love to come back. Thank you Sasha for a warm welcome and for making us feel like home. We would come back because the area offers a lot to do. See you next time Marian

The place was great, very cosy and warm, well equipped, the host was very responsive. There is another apartment upstairs (the office) with another bed, restroom and even a little kitchen corner. The house has very thick walls, which was great because the noise from the fireworks didn’t bother us and our dogs at all (we were there for the new years). The garden is beautiful, the pool must be great during the summer. ☺️

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The common area and the bedrooms are separated, so part of the group can chat without disturbing others. The kitchen is well equipped. Petra provided every necessary information, she was very flexible and responsive.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Alen &Gloria’s place was everything we hoped for. It was beautiful, clean and very comfy (the mattress and linens - so good!) The description is 100% accurate, we had everything we needed. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful - no city noises, just nature and you. We would love to stay longer.

The house is very nice. Everything you need is there. Very clean and even nicer than in the pictures. The garden and the pool were fantastic. We felt very comfortable.

We were very pleased with our AirBnB place! Everything was super clean and tidy - everything you needed.. it was very tastefully decorated. Branko and Milica are really very sweet and helpful!! The check-in worked perfectly and was very straightforward, we got great tips and insider information and the location of the apartment is great! We had problems with the car in the end and also there the two helped and supported us very nicely. Thank you for everything!! The accommodation is definitely highly recommended and should we be in the area again, we will be happy to come back!! 🤗

We felt very comfortable in the house and were completely satisfied! It is all super clean, the garden and pool area is almost more beautiful than in the pictures. A highlight is the open fireplace fireplace in the living room. The equipment in the kitchen and generally in the house is of very high quality and really everything you need is available. The owner is also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

We were very satisfied with our accommodation! Very well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and vacuum cleaner available! The pool is a dream! It is checked and cleaned every 2-3 days! The place is a bit off the beaten path, but if you have a car, that's no problem either! You always have to drive, beach, shopping, city! We would definitely recommend the place, as the landlords are also very nice!

Klaus' villa was an absolute dream and exceeded our expectations – it is not only as pictured, but even more beautiful! You can feel the attention to detail in every corner, the terrace, the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool are pure relaxation. The outdoor kitchen with the charcoal grill completes the experience perfectly! Klaus is a fantastic host – always available and super friendly. The personal welcome and the extensive information folder full of great tips were just great. The garden is completely fenced, which was ideal for our energetic dog. Privacy was well protected thanks to the hedges and fences. Cepljani is the perfect base! Rovinj, Porec and Novigrad are easily accessible, and Umag is only 5 minutes away. We especially recommend the pizzeria in Babici – Klaus' tip was spot on! Dear Klaus, thank you for this wonderful time! We sincerely hope to return soon! 😊

We were in the middle of a 5 week camping trip around Europe and needed a quiet place with ac for a break and this place was amazing. The pool was perfect for the kids and the views were amazing. Easy checkin and check out. Parking was a little tight for our large camper but any car will easily fit. The house is well equipped and the surrounding area is full of history. We would definitely stay again.

We were there in August with our dog, for a lot of privacy. The little cottage is secluded on a mountain where there was almost no traffic. The host was super nice and had left us fresh vegetables and wine to welcome us. The house is a rustic style, but very clean and it's also just a great fit for the surroundings! The pool on the higher level is not visible to other people from below, so privacy is also secured there again. The house had everything you could have asked for. We would always book it again!

That is a perfect place for us with the dog. Plenty of walking options in nearby area. Lovely mini-house, just great for a week. Love it. Liz and Family are amazing.

Very good accommodation, good communication

It was great and short stay near climbing sectors we wanted to climb (Misja Pec). The small apartment was cozy and very clean, the balcony offers nice view. Vladimir was helpful and very flexible with our time of arrival. Can recommend!

Absolutely perfect accommodation! The apartment is beautiful, and has everything you need. The location is also great, we could walk everywhere except Miramare. They appreciate the board with tips on where to eat, drink … Chiara is very nice, I recommend.

An absolutely recommended place to stay for the Trieste/Italy vacation! Alenka is very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The apartment is great, you feel very comfortable.
