Villa Carla is over 100 years old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to the vineyard, only 5km from the town of Koper. It was home to our grandparents and our grandparents… including the old mom Carla (nona Carla), who got her name from the villa. From the old days, there was also a typical fountain that never ran out of water and two old trees, which you'll notice right away; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Quiet house set in a small courtyard. Equipped with an outdoor space in the shade of a majestic linden tree, with parking space inside the courtyard. The house is on two levels, equipped with heating and air conditioning. On the ground floor, large living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms; a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a double bedroom with single beds, and a single bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a tub.
