The property was beautiful, and the location was ideal, sat back from the road and surrounded by fields! The house was ideal for a group of six, it was spacious and had ideal seating areas for meals, and relaxation...and what's not to love about a hot tub in the sun! Great communication from the host, and little details were thought of, and welcomed. Strongly recommended 🫶🏼

Nice place, perfect location and distance for our wedding visit to Hodsock priory. Very clean on arrival. Description good and instructions good. We went in school holiday and very peaceful and quiet road. close to A1. Thanks Karen.

Jamie and Kate's place is amazing. It's cosy and secluded, quiet, peaceful and has absolutely everything you could need to enjoy your break, as well as ample off road parking. Kate met us at check in and was friendly, helpful and funny. She made a fuss of fur baby Potter as well which he loved haha. There was a brilliant and unexpected welcome pack, including milk, upon arrival and we were very grateful for it all. To say it was spotless throughout would be an understatement. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. All shampoo/conditioner etc being provided as well was excellent. The secluded and secure garden for Potts was perfect and knowing he was 100% safe we had no issues letting him roam in and out. Thanks for a great stay. I can't recommend this place highly enough 😊 x

We had a lovely stay over new year, cosy fireplace and friendly pubs within walking distance.
