Charming appartment in ancient house

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an oud and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hotplate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf is within walking distance, and Museum Gugging can be reached via a beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpfully. When arriving, note that there are two instances of the same street name in the area. So, it's best to enter the address with the correct zip code in the navigation system. :)

Sheila is a wonderful host. Absolutely preferred. The house is as complete as it shows. Friendly and easy to talk to. Although the neighborhood where the house is located is not very close to Vienna, it is a peaceful place half an hour away. The view from the balcony is great. Tastefully furnished tiny house with everything you need. Two bicycles, a hot tub, large gas grill, very good terrace furniture with lounger were available. Vienna is very easy to reach, short drive P+R Leopoldsau, from here the CityCard applies, bookable via the Internet and ticket machine in the parking garage. We will be happy to come back and thank Roman for the pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, we only spent 1 night there on our Danube bike tour. The apartment is super nice, large, modern and very clean. You could stay here very well for a long time. It even has a bike storage. You can't hear anything from the train station, the house is generally very quiet. In the immediate vicinity is a Billa and a bakery is within walking distance in the train station. It is a maximum of 5 minutes by bike to the center. Communication with Jonny was also great, he is very nice and friendly and always responded immediately. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend the apartment 100% :-)

The place is fully equipped and, even though it’s a bit far from the center, there is public transportation close by and the neighborhood is very peaceful with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The host replies very quick and gives clear instructions.
