All very friendly, the place was quiet and central. In the bathroom there was a little cleaning as we found cockroaches.

Fernando is a wonderful host and his place is perfect. Quiet area, peaceful yard but within walking distance of everything you need, including the trains. I spent a few days there with my dog and booked a few more. Fernando is super quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. Loads of hot water for your shower. Perfect place if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend

The stay was very good, we spent a few pleasant days with the family, the apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The area is very quiet and nice, with movement in the center.

The house is beautiful, and for us, we were going to Lollapalooza, excellently located. We enjoyed it and rested a lot. We must highlight the attention and constant helpfulness of Andrés, that is an absolutely superior detail! He resolved everything we needed, thank you so much!

Everything was fine, clean, just like in the picture, everything was fine. I would only recommend changing the position of the bed or some curtains would be great, since at dawn the sun spoils sleep and rest, but other than that everything was very good and Gaston and his wife were very kind♡♡.

Our two-day stay in this apartment in Palomar was excellent. The area is very quiet, ideal for rest, and the apartment is super comfortable, with all necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, fan, a spectacular shower and a very comfortable mattress. The decor is beautiful, with thoughtful details that create a warm and cozy atmosphere. In addition, Carolina's attention was impeccable, always attentive and willing to help us, even waiting for us patiently when our trip was delayed. Definitely a highly recommended place.

To improve: mattress to be improved, it's rigid (q a lot like that I understand) But it's spacious. Very good: Everything quality, nice details like: Galletitas, abundant coffee, chromecast, air conditioning, spacious balcony. All new and nice. Iron, toaster, coffee maker, electric pava, Excellent water pressure (of that which is strong) The people at the reception of the building very good. Communication was always quite good, although it was time to respond. Once the reservation was made, I communicated with another person and always responded quickly. We were able to enter before check-in time, which already made it easier for us to travel with children, but unfortunately the person who had us open did not arrive in time, we asked a person from the building to open us and that was a little delayed until contact with the owner of the department. The apartment is just like the photos or even better, since there is storage space in the smaller room, however the drawers could be cleaner to store the clothes. The rooms and the living room have air conditioning, it is a very comfortable balcony and opening the balcony window enters a beautiful vientito. On the top floor of the building is the sum, the Quincho and the pool, in a beautiful space. Half a block away there is a warehouse where you can buy what you need for your stay.

The depto is comfortable and bright. it has a good shower and the bed with a good mattress for a good rest. It has a comfortable individual garage to enter and exit and it's safe. It has very good WiFi . We will stay again when we visit our grandchildren.
