The depto is comfortable and bright. it has a good shower and the bed with a good mattress for a good rest. It has a comfortable individual garage to enter and exit and it's safe. It has very good WiFi . We will stay again when we visit our grandchildren.

Very nice and comfortable. Ramos is very attentive and helpful. The location is excellent. We stayed a month and we could cook and go out to eat or order from the many places nearby. We were close to the Trinidad clinic, where we had to go every day this month. Very happy with our choice of accommodation.

Excellent service and Axel is willing to do anything. The apartment, which is more like a small house in a PH, is super spacious, clean and tidy. You enjoy privacy and tranquility. The area has many gastronomic proposals, easy access and proximity to the train station or Av. Rivadavia makes it ideal as a starting point to explore the city. I am fascinated and I will definitely choose it again.

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well kept. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.

Monica’s apartment is a great solution for anyone going to Villa Ballester. It is a short walk away from the main road with lots of shops, eateries and delicious pastelarias, and very close to the local train station, with direct trains to the city centre and stations connecting to Subte lines. Photos of the flat are accurate but we advise to double check availability of amenities described (in our case, travel cot bed and the dryer listed in the description were not available, but to be honest we didn’t ask in advance). Monica is overall a great host, super responsive and helpful. We will surely stay again at her place next time we are visiting Ballester!

The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and very conveniently located. Centrally located, but quiet and safe. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The metro and metrobus are a 5-minute walk away. Communication with the hosts was always easy and they answered any questions quickly. I would definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Mariano is an excellent host! From the beginning, communication was very clear and precise. The kitchen has all the (new) appliances and utensils needed for cooking. Comfortable bathroom as well as the room, the bed is like being in a hotel, comfortable and impeccable linen.
