Nice house with proximity to the beach

We hire out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Peaceful and central accommodation with garden as a private oasis. The city center and central station can be reached in 5 minutes, the beach in 12 minutes by bicycle. Only 15 minutes to Näset, 25 minutes to Falsterbo and Malmö. The house is 135 sqm incl. basement with sauna, pool and relaxation. Three bedrooms (family bed and 2 sofa beds that are made up to double beds). Two bathrooms. Pool April-October. During the summer, guests are also responsible for lighter maintenance of the garden, pool and watering of flowers.

UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN A MAGICAL LOCATION

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step inside this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white dunes on a large nature plot by the edge of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who drew it with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.
