Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.

UNIKT SOMMARHUS PÅ MAGISKT LÄGE

En liten bit av paradiset... Det är så det känns när man kliver in i detta fantastiska hus som ligger nedbäddat bakom kritvita sanddyner på en stor naturtomt vid havets rand. Huset, i välbevarat originalskick från 1961, har en anspråkslös elegans och är samtidigt så genialiskt i sin enkelhet. Arkitekten bakom skapelsen är Sten Samuelsson som ritade det tillsammans med ägaren, den välkände fotografen Georg Oddner som hade detta som sommarhus. Här kunde han dra sig undan och njuta av lugnet.

We had an amazing stay in Hollviken at Anton's beach villa. It oozes beach/sea life. Is very nicely furnishes. Is very very spacious, very nicely furnished. Everything was there for us to use, an amazing bbq, a fantastic pool, trampoline, games, toys. A perfect stay for a family with 2 kids. There is a lot to do and see, and Malmö is only like 20 mins away. The beaches on the penninsula are also spectacular. Communication was very smooth, quick, relaxed and adequate. Anton's place was cleaner than some of the (expensive) hotels we used during our Southern Sweden trip. Internet and netflix (on the big screen tv) were a big bonus as well for the kids, on top of the pool. It was holiday vibe the moment we arrived in Hollviken at Anton's. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Detlev's house and left feeling refreshed and restored. It is an immaculate house and garden, with a very homey, cosy and tranquil atmosphere. Detlev was the perfect host, giving us a warm welcome and showing us around. There was everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the log fire, the extra big bath and the gorgeous playhouse in the garden. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to return again sometime. Thank you Detlev!

Lories Unterkunft haben wir bildgenau aufgefunden. Das Apartment ist sehr einladend und bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir hatten eine schöne, ruhige und private Zeit. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten in Skurup und hat dort gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber auch andere Städte lassen sich super Anreisen. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Wir konnten kochen, backen und Wäsche waschen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt mit einer tollen Gastgeberin!

Jag var med min fru och barn i fyra dagar. Huset är väldigt fin och mysig, man hittade allt man behövde. Huset är rymlig och fick även plats för våra gäster. Mia är väldig trevlig och fanns tillgänglig varje gång man undrade över något. Det kändes tryggt i huset och i området. Tack för en fantastisk mini semester!.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand und zum Supermarkt. In der Unterkunft gibt es viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten: Neben dem Swimmingpool und Whirlpool gibt es eine sehr große Rasenfläche mit einem Volleyballnetz sowie Fußballtoren. Zusätzlich kann man Badminton, Crocket, Hockey und einige andere Spiele spielen.

Mein Partner und ich haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Ivett verbringen können, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Wir sind neugierig darauf geworden, wie die Umgebung wohl im Frühling oder Sommer ausschaut.☀️ Zu Fuß war das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Einen Aufenthalt bei Ivett kann ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen!🥰✨️

The stay was very good. The house was very new and clean. Although we went in cold weather, the hot outdoor jacuzzi was very nice. Although the pool was not heated, it offered a warm experience because it was covered. Later, we had a great experience by going into the jacuzzi again. Everything was very positive, but I have a few small criticisms/recommendations for the host. We did not understand from the photos of the house that there was only one room in the house. There were 2 single beds in one room, but there was no double bed or room with a bed. We slept in the living area by turning the couch into a bed. We went there thinking there were two different rooms. My second recommendation would be to put a paper towel in the kitchen area. There was nothing to dry your hands or wipe the floors. My third recommendation is to have coffee for a few cups of coffee. It would be something that would not cost much but would make the guests very happy. Still, it was a great experience.
