Surrounded by green meadows our location is a haven for wildlife with red kites, woodpeckers, hedgehogs & hares frequently seen.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Recommended by the Sunday Times (12.09.21), Hen Efail is close to Cors Caron (the largest raised bog in Britain), the Cambrian Mountains and only 30 minutes' drive to the beautiful Ceredigion coastline. Its village location means it is only a short walk to independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Hen Efail has spacious rooms, yet maintains a cozy country feel with exposed beams/stonework and wood burning stove. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and pets.
