Would accommodate two couples or a family as the main bedrooms super king bed can split into 2 single beds. Accept well behaved dogs that stay downstairs and off furniture. A very spacious and luxurious family holiday house to sleep 8 adults but can sleep 10 people if children included. The house has a Hot Tub and, games room with marvellous views across the Usk Valley in the Brecon Beacons. A private patio with seating for outdoor dining and choice of gas or charcoal BBQ. There is walking directly up onto the mountain side from the house. Great local cycle trails with a local pub which has won awards, shop and café, all walking distance from the house.

Just home from a lovely couple of nights away- 2 families, four children ranging from 4-14 and one dog. The house was immaculate, really well equipped and beautiful. The space worked well for two families and different aged children. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen space/ dining was fabulous and social. Very grateful for the milk and cake on arrival, useful items such as dishwasher tablets etc and the dog was delighted with her doggy chocolate bar! Great location- minutes from Hay. Came to visit some family who live locally and will most likely be back. Thank you. 🙏

A fabulous short Easter break at Heidi’s home. We had great directions and instructions at the house. The area is great and a short drive from pubs, the beach, shops and some lovely walks. We had great weather so managed to sit outside on the patio area which is a great suntrap. Plenty of seating. Kitchen very well equipped, stair gates, high chairs and travel cots all available and were set out for us. Heidi was extremely responsive on messages. Overall, a fabulous stay!

Ecxellent air BnB. It was so fresh and clean we thought we were the first guests. Thoughtfully refurbished house, light, airy, spacious, comfortable. Lovely new, big kitchen with new equipment, all basics were provided. Excellent dining area. Beds very comfy. Off road parking for two vehicles a major boost and plenty of on road parking too. Close to all local amenities, quiet and peaceful. This house suited us perfectly and we highly recommend it. Communication with host Rebecca also excellent.

Beautiful house with everything we needed, everything was very clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. We very much enjoyed playing the games provided. They were a big hit on a rainy evening. We ordered shopping from Asda to be delivered which went smoothly but any extras were easily accessible from cost cutter around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely place in the heart of Brecon National Park. Perfect stay for a small group of friends- the place was lovely and modern. Loved the fire heated hot tub! 20 mins drive to Pen-Y-Fan and 20 mins drive to the Four waterfalls walk. Massive Aldi a 5 min walk or drive away. Jamie was a really helpful host.

Silvie's Cottage is a true delight! Welcoming, extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and feels like a home from home with lots of extra touches. Off road parking in a lovely residential street which is only a short stroll into Church Stretton and a choice of walks straight from the door with no need to use a car. The garden is lovely and adds to the overall atmosphere of a warm welcoming cottage. We loved our few days stay, would highly recommend and plan to return again....hopefully soon! Excellent house, we felt right at home. Spacious and clean. Had everything we need. Beautiful kitchen, dining room, family room extension. The garden is lovely, very private and tranquil. The house is easy to find and has great transport links to explore the local area. Highlights were the fourteen locks canal centre and Cwmcarn Forest. We'd definitely return.
