Access to numerous footpaths, only a 10 minute hike to join the Wye Valley Walk. 10 minute drive or a scenic walk to local rural pub. Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. We are in the heart of Welsh farming land surrounded by farms so please do expect to hear working dogs, cow hearding or even a spot of late night combine harvesting in the area.

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

Ty Coeden sleeps up to 6 There is a kitchenette and dinning table with all the tableware and utensils supplied. There is also a T.V. and D.V.D player and electric heating throughout. Ty Coeden has is own private deck and BBQ area and compost toilet. You still get the glamping feel staying in Ty Coeden with water collection and showers to be had from the hub which is just a short walk away along with the communal BBQ area and pizza oven, fire pits and games room.

Amazing waterfall 1/2 hour Lovely sunsets. Gas bbq and a gas hob. Solar power for phone charging etc. Basic compost toilet. Rustic shower. (no towels) Please bring your own drinking water, towels and firewood. Think of it as glorified camping....
