Private backyard pickleball court. It is 40 min drive to ski, 10 min to mountain biking and a short walk to a park. The family upstairs walks around on the main floor from 7:00am until 11pm. Opposite the kitchen wall is a room used by the family to exercise or watch movies. The hot tub is not for guests use.

Very nice place to stay. Everything looks new. The bed was very comfortable. The home was well lit and easy to locate, there was no question where to go when I arrived late at night. The only drawbacks were that you're in the basement so you hear people walking around a bit, but it wasn't a bother and there is no thermostat to control the temperature. The air-conditioning was on, but it was warmer than I prefer. I couldn't find a place to adjust it, I am guessing it was located up stairs in the main house. I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nathaniel’s. It provided all the necessities and was a pleasant stay. I appreciate how responsive he was. I like how this AirBnB is set up. It provides privacy to other guests. The bed was very comfy! The instructions for check in and my stay was very clear and simple. He even made sure to mention the details about the shower and how to work it. I love the affordable price and peaceful stay.

We have had some nightmares recently with places to stay and Erin’s place was nowhere near that ballpark. It’s in the perfect little neighborhood and is still really accessible to everything you would want. The place was spotless and everything was in order as it was in the listing. There was even a handwritten letter and chocolate waiting for us upon check-in! We highly recommend Erin’s place and are planning our next trip back soon!!

A well-lit bathroom features dual sinks with ample counter space. Natural light enters through three high windows above the sinks. Fresh towels are neatly arranged, and touches of greenery add a refreshing element to the design. The spacious layout promotes a clean and streamlined experience.

Jacob was a great and responsive host. The place was nice and clean. It is a basement unit up on the mountain, so cell service is not great, but that wasn’t completely unexpected. Just something to be aware of. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this unit!
