The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is to be paid on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed!
