Our family had the privilege of staying at Andrea's charming home in Brevard. We are actually locals, utilizing the space while completing some home repairs, and it was a wonderful experience! The house has a cozy, vintage appeal, and was incredibly well stocked, from spare toiletries in the bathroom, to essentials in the kitchen, which we appreciated. There were clearly printed directions with all the info we needed, and we greatly enjoyed the fireplace on chilly nights. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a spot in Brevard!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tannery House during our weekend trip to Brevard! The home was spotless and very nicely renovated, all while keeping its historical charm! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. We traveled with our 5-month-old and the home was stocked with baby gear, toys, and books. We had a great time visiting Brevard. The home was in a great location near everything. We were able to hike, enjoy waterfalls and shop in Brevard and Hendersonville.

This mountain home is an absolute gem! Beautifully designed and immaculately clean, it exceeded all of our expectations. The decor, including the thoughtful holiday touches, made it feel so warm and inviting. The setting is simply perfect—stunning winter mountain views and a fabulous deck where we could relax and take in the fresh air while listening to the soothing sounds of the river. Warmer weather would have been better :) It was ideal for our family vacation, of 6 adults and three little ones in tow. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the private areas allowed us to unwind comfortably. The indoor and outdoor fireplace added cozy touch, making our evenings truly special. Every detail was clearly thought of to ensure we felt welcome and at home. From the well-equipped kitchen to the extras that made our stay so comfortable, this place has it all. We all agreed this was the best Moutain Vacation home we’ve rented. We can’t wait to return—it was perfect! Thank you.

The house is beautiful and has many new features and you can tell it is well loved and cared for. My kids thought the ceiling fans were really cool.. The beds were really comfy and we slept very well. The sunroom is divine especially in the evening when you open all the windows and turn the ceiling fan on. It is a wonderful place to relax. The house was located about a mile from my husband’s family, so it was perfect for our visit with his mom. We hope to stay again sometime soon.

Very cozy and comfortable house. The owners were very attentive with flashlights, coffee maker, and kitchenware. Extra blankets and pillows were also provided in the bedrooms. Perfect for those who want to come to town for a vacation or go to Symmes chapel to watch the sunrise.

We loved staying at this sweet bungalow. It was comfortable, quiet, and spotless. Hosts were welcoming and responsive. It’s easy to walk anywhere you want to go and the entire stay was peaceful. Thank you! We will stay again.

Had a great stay at Nathan’s place. Check in was easy and the place was spotless. I was on a solo trip and it was the perfect size for me. It would be just fine for a couple as well. Within walking distance to the downtown which was a plus. Communication was on point with a couple minor issues I had. I would highly recommend this place and will gladly stay there again in the future. Thank you Nathan and Perry!

The apartment was perfect for our short getaway to Brevard. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. Such a great location. We walked everywhere!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynda and Bob's place! The communication was great and the place was easy to find, the surroundings were beautiful and we appreciated the peace and quiet. We came to visit my daughter who lives in Pisgah forest and it was so nice to be close by, we drove to Brevard which is only 10 minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped and super clean, we used the grill one night to make dinner. My favorite room was the master bedroom, with lots of natural light and a little outdoor space to have coffee in the morning. The space was very clean and inviting and there were nice touches in the bathroom, like soaps, extra toothbrush etc We are hoping to come again to visit my daughter and this will definitely be our first choice! Highly recommend!

Kathy is an amazing host, and the accommodations are exactly like the photos. We enjoyed our stay so much we requested to extend another night! Very welcoming peaceful surroundings. Gorgeous stone FP and kitchen backsplash. Decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath towels were excellent. We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcomed with treats and a dog toy. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to be close to Brevard and the surrounding areas. We will stay again when in the neighborhood. By far the best airbnb host we’ve ever had super fast to respond to questions and the accommodations were better than described. Beds were absolutely marvelous woke up every morning feeling better than new. This airbnb is a nature lovers dream. Highly recommend Sandy and the unit

What a precious little find in the heart of downtown Brevard. Walkable to all things fun and delicious! Private but not secluded. Perfect for quick overnight trips to visit our student at Brevard College. Our hostess was super kind and quick to respond at booking! Will DEFINITELY rebook!!!

If you typically avoid choosing rentals that are adjacent to the owners, let me assure you that this one is different! We felt so at home, welcomed and relaxed the entire time. Duane and his wife introduced themselves when we pulled in because they were outside doing yard work. They left us a personalized welcome card in the house, offered us pastries one evening that they had baked, and even showed interest in recent race results that my husband ran while we were there. It’s a 12 minute drive to Davidson Campground and the Pisgah visitor’s center and about 15 or so to downtown Brevard. We had total privacy in the hot tub and an amazing sunset view. The appliances are new and work great, and the beds were super comfy! It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I and we are hoping to come back again next year. Thanks Duane and family! 🩷

The location can't be beat for walking to all of downtown Brevard and the lumber arts district! Very clean apartment and responsive, accomodating host!

Me and my two dogs spent a couple days at Holly's place and they were absolutely peaceful. We did catch a thunderstorm the first night, but because of the sheer amount of windows in the house I was able to watch the lightning show and sip coffee while curled up on the couch and now he boys slept soundly in the favorite blankets ❣️ The next day we spent a large portion of our time playing in the waterfall and sunbathing on the deck - it was a perfect couple days of rest and reset. Shout out to Holly herself! During the storm a tree did come down and we lost power for a couple hours but Holly was absolutely amazing. Once she was aware of the power loss she was on top of it - kept me in the loop and informed me on ETA of when it would be back on and checked with progress. Also kudos to the electrical team because the power is back on within hours lol

This property is conveniently located to restaurants, Cashiers, and Cataloochee.

We were very pleased with our stay. I was very close to were we needed to be. The townhome was very clean. We had an issue with the toilet which was fixed very quickly. Check in and check out was very easy. Jenny was very quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will keep her in mind the next time we are in the area.

Great value for money. Don't hesitate to ask for the lake view.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

William & Melissa were excellent hosts. They were very welcoming and helpful with suggesting local things to do. They were very responsive with any questions we had. Their space was also beautiful, well stocked and great for young kids.
