Vacation rentals with a patio in Transylvania County

My friend and I had a LOVELY stay at Claudia’s air bnb! The place was clean and cozy, and the view of the mountains was so wonderful! Claudia was also very friendly and helpful the entire time! 100% recommend to anybody staying in Brevard!

We got in late and left early, so we didn't really get to enjoy the gorgeous setting, but the place was perfectly lovely for our quick overnight. I would absolutely recommend.

The space is even better than imagined. Spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen for cooking full meals. The views from the Icarus House space are spectacular. The covered porch was lovely for sitting and dinner when it was raining and we could see the clouds moving over the mountains. The gardens and plants around the house are joyful. We took the recommendations for accessing trails in Pisgah that we could reach from the house - what a treat to be able to do that! The hosts were accommodating and super responsive. Would absolutely love to return!

This home was so comfortable and had everything we needed. I felt at home right away. The location is perfect, steps away from a fantastic playground and a short walk from downtown. The back garden was absolutely lovely - we spent a lot of time sitting out there enjoying the birds and the fireflies. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a condo in the Sapphire Valley Resort don't hesitate to book Heather's place! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and honestly the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed at!!! It was a super easy check in/out process, the decor was super charming, beds were so comfy, and Heather had really high quality shower/kitchen supplies. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extra touches! In addition to this we also really enjoyed the pool, lake, playground, and arcade. It was the perfect family getaway!

We have stayed in many places in the area over the last year but this host has definitely topped the list! This suite is tastefully decorated and the minor touches that make it comfortable and add that personal touch are excellent. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, plenty of pillows and towels too. For a studio suite, it offers a well-designed space with greater than expected room. The location and property amenities are very nice and pet friendly. Do not hesitate to book this place, it will become one of your favorites!

Archie was a wonderful host! He was very accommodating, communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was super spacious, with a large and well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities - particularly useful for longer stays! The area is so peaceful - we particularly loved the beautiful tall trees surrounding the property. A great location too - 10 mins from town and really close to our favourite breweries in Brevard. Thanks again!

We enjoyed the amazing mountain view from the house. Everything was as advertised. Best of all, Pisgah National Forest is a just a short drive away. Tyler communicated with us throughout our stay and made sure all was well. Worth the trip!

Jennifer's house was delightful. The pictures were very accurate. It had everything that we needed. The location was perfect to downtown, Dupont National Forest and the Pisgah National Forest. We loved the decor it was very charming.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the beautiful big back porch. It’s very peaceful. Conveniently located on the bike trail which is nice for a walk/run. Centrally located, easy to get anywhere you wanted. The beds very extremely comfortable and having a full stocked kitchen was helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough! Can’t wait to come back next year!

This is such an amazing place and yes it is real! Incredible views and wonderful stunning home in the mountains. It really was a memory I'll have forever. Matt was so awesome, he helped us get settled in and the amenities were so awesome🙏. Stay here and prepare to be pampered all the way up in the mountains! ❤️

Very cozy and comfortable house. The owners were very attentive with flashlights, coffee maker, and kitchenware. Extra blankets and pillows were also provided in the bedrooms. Perfect for those who want to come to town for a vacation or go to Symmes chapel to watch the sunrise.

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was a great one! The place was beautiful and the view was amazing. Everything was as described in the listing and Heidi was very responsive. Thank you.

Holly was an excellent host. She communicated well and answered all of our questions prior to booking and before the trip. She also recommended local businesses for things we wanted to do while on our trip. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. Plenty of room to spread out with a large group or two families. The waterfall in the backyard was beyond perfect and peaceful! We brought a 23’ wake-boat for nearby lakes. The driveway/yard of the house was tight to maneuver parking with the trailer, but we made it work! Overall a great experience and we plan to visit again!

This places was exactly what we needed, Jacob was always a quick responder, and everything was clean and organized. Totally recommended.

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

I'll definitely return to The Beehive, the location is amazing! It was within walking distance to parking, The Peace Center, restaurants of all types, shopping and even Falls Park!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came with our 4 year old and our teenager. Both of them had a great time and had plenty of things to do that they both enjoyed, which is not usually the case with their age gap. The place itself had lots of toys and books for my toddler and her own bed. There were also games to play with my teenager as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house had all the little details like beach towels, an airfryer, and a picnic basket. The screened porch was a favorite location for all us to enjoy. We even saw a bear one day from the porch! The resort was a blas!. We utilized both in the indoor and outdoor pools, the mini golf, and the lake. We had no problem finding good food at the restaurants around us and the store was super close as well. We spent half of our time at the resort and half of it out exploring the nature surrounding us. There were sooo many waterfalls to see. It is such a beautiful area, we will most definitely be coming back!
