Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Transylvania County

Kathy and Dwayne were great hosts. The room was cozy and private. The bathroom was immaculately clean. The view from the back patio was gorgeous, and the birds and crickets made the evenings and mornings peaceful. I had the opportunity to chat with them a few mornings and they were wonderful people that I can’t speak highly of enough. They’re a quick drive away from the Blue Ridge Parkway and town is only a few minutes drive away, where you can find restaurants, stores, and anything you’d need. I definitely recommend staying with them if you’re in the area.

This place was really great. It's in a quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping and restaurants. We were traveling with our dogs and this place was pet friendly. The house is equipped with everything imaginable so it was easy to settle in. We plan on visiting again in the near future.

Great area and perfect if you want too be out of the town area

everything was perfect!! they even had snacks from our long drive up there marianne and sandy were both very nice even had a visitor (zipper) their cat when we returned from dinner one evening very quiet peaceful and relaxing spot definitely worth it me and my girl absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!!

Kay made it comfortable and fun to stay at her house. For those that care about their sleep the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Small touches like better towels, paper towels and down to toilet paper shows care and thoroughness. Although the drive way is steep the views did not disappoint!!! The place was spotless. We will stay there again if we come back to Asheville.

Excellent customer service. The view from the hot tub overlooks the river and it was a magical experience while snowing! Very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked all our meals there.

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

The apartment was clean and charming. It had all that was needed for a weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet, so we slept well, which we appreciated after full days. Kaitlin was very quick to answer any questions we had.

The location was perfect for a quiet trip out to Brevard with a good friend for some spring fly fishing! The unit was impeccable, the host was great, and the stay was an overwhelming success! Would certainly stay there again!

What a great cute little spot! Getting there was a little scary because we drove in at night and the roads were really narrow and dark. But once we got there, it was just as Dorothy described in the check-in directions. We brought our dog and he absolutely loved it too! We stayed 3 nights and had some fun in Asheville (Biltmore Estate, hiking, food (PLEASE check out Curate and ask for Jim!), coffee shops, Spicewalla store, etc.). Dorothy's spot is in a perfect location and close to everything! The floors do get cold so pack some fuzzy slippers :)

fantastic spot, away from town but close enough to be there in a moment for great food and wonderful in town things to do. beautiful mountain views with a hot tub, comfortable outdoor patio, fire pit all with a great view! very relaxing and comfortable. would stay here again :)

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

The Hosts were very nice and made sure everything was in the Airbnb that was needed the hot tub was very nice it rained and was little cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit but everything was beautiful

Rod was a great host! Great communication and when our arrival was delayed he was accommodating making sure the lights were on, and ready for our arrival. Many thought out amenities were available making the stay even more enjoyable. Parking was easy and the location is within walking distance to downtown. Most importantly the place was absolutely Spotless! Check out was clear and easy. We felt at home and highly recommend!

We can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was! From the beautiful surroundings, lovely furnishings, and exceptional cleanliness, it was just about perfect. For our "sisters birthday getaway", it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return to this property. Minor suggestion - a pitcher for making tea, more kitchen cup towels and some Kleenex would be nice. : )

This place was even better than it looked in the pictures. Super clean, lots of light, and nicely decorated. Absolutely loved our stay and if we ever find ourselves in Clayton again we would book here without a doubt!

Perfect place for our 2 week stay! Two master bedrooms with views of the woods. We kept the windows open all the time and loved the cool mountain air and birds. Slept GREAT!! Completely private, like we were the only ones around, but yet right in an unbelievably gorgeous community. We took wonderful walks and found gorgeous views, a waterfall, and a river on the golf course. Huge screened porch to enjoy the birds and beautiful trees. Had cozy fires in fireplace. Fantastic kitchen. We stayed two weeks and then booked 3 more days while we house hunted in the area. Wished this place were for sale. It was that peaceful and well appointed. Felt so at home. Good WiFi and cell service. Close to Gorges State Park. Make sure you hike to Rainbow Falls! Near great restaurants in Sapphire and Toxaway. Easy drive to Brevard or Cashiers. The Evolve staff was super responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We stayed June 14 - June 17, 2024. The pictures and description match what is listed. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We rented a pontoon boat and Lake Keowee is beautiful. I thought I was renting the boat from the marina on the property but I ended up renting the boat in Seneca. I would recommend easier instructions on how to check in such as how to use the door lock, parking spot number, directions on where exactly the unit is located on the property. Also, it would have been nice to have a list of restaurant suggestions including the location of the restaurant.
