Sundog was a fantastic host. Great communication before, during, and after the stay. The cabin was beautiful and everything we wanted for our family Christmas gathering. Highly recommend Sundog and the Havilah Falls house.

This cabin is outstanding and had everything we could have needed. It was perfect for our 2 families. We had 4 upstairs and 3 downstairs.

Beautiful home, very spacious with plenty of places to place and hang clothing. The bathrooms were clean and spacious as well. The fireplace made the room feel so cozy in the evening! Peaceful back porch, plenty of seating with quick walk to a beautiful stream. We had a great few days with our kids!

Had an amazing stay. Great location, great property, great amenities, nice design. Can’t wait to come back.

Hugh's place is a real retreat. Hugh was very responsive. We used the jacuzzi each evening, a real treat. We also walked around the area and drove to waterfalls, hikes and restraunts about 25 minutes away. We look forward to going back.

This is probably the cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to. Everything from the scenery to the peace and quiet of being in the woods. Everything was perfect. I usually am skeptical and worry about traveling and where to stay but this place was top tier. The hot tub was our favorite haha. This is a perfect place if you want to be secluded while also being close to the main attractions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will definitely be our place when we come back!

The host met us at check in to make sure our arrival went smoothly and to answer any questions we had. Was very friendly and even told us some of the best fishing spots. The house was very clean and cozy. The house was also very easy to find. The surrounding view is breath taking. So peaceful to just sit and relax! We enjoyed fishing and being there so much that we wished we would’ve booked it for longer! We will definitely be booking again in the near future! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

All else being subjective, what is not for me is the ease in which this place lended itself to visiting with my dog, and the obvious desire of the hosts to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Beth does an excellent job of making pets welcome without the place itself being a dog’s den. Also Beth’s hike and food suggestions were spot on. I’d stay again with or without my dog. Great place for families. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. House was exactly as described, lots of room for multiple families. All the amenities needed for our stay. Super fast response from host. Very close to downtown Brevard. Would definitely stay here again.

We showed up and the road was a bit intimidating but once we got to the end it was amazing. The back porch has the best view. The beds were all comfy and enough parking for at least 3 cars. There was a trail right off the property to a waterfall and it was so peaceful. Tv had connections for us and we were able to just relax and cook out. Fire place was amazing.

One of my all time favorite Airbnbs. Beautiful, homey cabin, close to Brevard and with the most beautiful landscaping. Stayed here with two school aged kids and my spouse and dog, and we were really comfortable. Incredibly relaxing and close to great hiking. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is the PERFECT home for a family and a dog looking to get away and experience the peace of the mountains but who also need to get some energy out and have FUN. Our favorite activity was relaxing together in the hot tub after a long day of hiking in Pisgah/Dupont forest and stuffing our faces in Brevard, we'd stare up at the beautiful trees arching over our heads and watch the birds while our aching legs soaked. Our boys played outside with our dog in the fenced in yard and everything felt safe and secure. They wanted bears, we didn't. Linens were lovely and there were extras for parents who need an extra reading pillow to get thru bedtime. Coffee machine worked great and that is literally the most important feature in an Air bnb for this crew. Very conveniently located to SC side of mountains, nice drive from the south thru Travelers Rest and you can stop at Ceasers Head for a beautiful view. 10/10, would stay here again. WE WILL BE BACK! Wonderful location. Brevard has been my favorite vacation spot for many years and this place was wonderful. Quiet and peaceful, with all the amenities you need for a getaway. Super quick and easy trip to Pisgah or DuPont from the house with Lake Imaging trailhead right down the road. Would definitely stay here again!

Firstly, let me start off with how great of a host Chris was. All the way from before we arrived to the end. He was always communicating back and forth quickly, he helped with recommendations regarding things I wanted to see, and was always kind. Secondly, the little home is beautiful, peaceful, serene. Everything is exactly as described, the outdoors were beautiful. Although we spent a lot of time out and about, it felt comfortable and made us feel right at home when we came back. It’s a small cabin, but packs for much into it. I loved the bar tops out on the deck and indoors. He had charcoal for the grill and even fire wood for the fire pit. We had a great time, even playing a few of the games Chris left in the cabin. Perfect location, private, quiet. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you Chris!

We had a wonderful stay. The house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well equipped, well throughout, there was a lot of details and every item was useful and practical. All descriptions and instructions were clear. The views are spectacular. We will return.

Miss Bee Haven is a wonderful place to spend time. My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and we found the experience to be perfectly suited for us. The surrounding area of Brevard has a beautiful small town atmosphere and the location of Round Mountain is nothing short of magical. The cabin offered a remarkably uninterrupted view of the nature surrounding us. Our stay was early in the year, allowing us to bear witness to the seasons first budding of the trees just outside of the windows. Jenn was a gracious and most knowledgeable host. The tour of her beehives was a true highlight of the trip. Though it was early in the year, her bees were actively building their combs giving Jenn the perfect opportunity to describe their work to us in full detail. It was a fun and enriching way to get some hands on experience with a bit of harmonious agriculture. It may be a bit off the beaten path, but that is what I was looking for. And to that end, it wasn’t too hard to find, Siri got us there.

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. We loved the fireplace it was the highlight of our stay. The cabin was very homey. The kitchen had everything you needed to feel at home. It was a little too cold for us to spend anytime on the porch’s but they were set up really nice with rocking chairs. I would recommend the cabin for a quiet and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

This cabin in the woods was just perfect. Great location for us to join our Family in Pumpkintown, SC. We were able to be near them with a nice quick drive early or late into the evening. The cabin was cozy but very spacious. Our kids enjoyed waking and playing the board games provided or cuddling up and watching televison, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee and watching the sunrise with a book. There is a nice paved road for walks or morning runs with very little traffic. We will absolutely be staying here in the future and sharing the location with family and friends.

Brand new cabin in a great location between Brevard and Gorges State Park. Cozy space for two! Great deck! Beautiful fall view of Blue Ridge. Weber grill with propane provided worked great! We would have loved a fire pit on the deck. Laura was a wonderful, responsive host! Highly recommend!

Cozy little cabin in a beautiful location! Perfect for a quick weekend away. The area was so peaceful and centrally located to areas we wanted to check out (Brevard, Cashiers, Highlands). Annchen was extremely helpful with recommendations. We will definitely go back!
