New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Dageløkkehuset

In this thatched farmhouse, you can relax in a quiet environment surrounded by fields and green gardens. The garden is enclosed and therefore perfect for dogs. The garden has 3 terraces, lots of old rose varieties and then it has a cozy touch of "Wild on purpose". If😄 you stand outside in front of the house, you can see to Fyn and if you walk 600 meters down the road you will come to Dageløkke harbor and beach. Beautiful swimming opportunities and a summer-active harbor with tapas cafe and a wonderful sunset view. Plenty of hiking opportunities.

Charming little house that has undergone a renovation in the spring of 2024 with, among other things, a new kitchen and new floors and terrace. Internet. On the first floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds. Cozy garden with many beautiful flowers, new terrace and greenhouse. Walking distance to Dagli'brugs, paddle track, playground, bowling, fitness and beautiful nature. It is only 5 km to Lohals, where there is a cozy harbor environment, fine restaurants, cafe, bakery, crafts, ceramics, groceries.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina, old furniture, low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources. The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.
