New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Panoramic sea view cottage in an idyllic landscape

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just walk down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a stroll in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish highland cattle and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - dragin. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of lovely walks by the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer trip Skalø around.
