We can't get over our stay with Helle and Peter – what a wonderful place! Upon arrival, we notice that all the details have been taken care of: fresh flowers and the decor is cozy and very "genuine heartwarming"...You are greeted with warmth and hospitality and the feeling of being very welcome follows you throughout your stay. The place is idyllic and beautifully located – both for relaxation and excursions in the beautiful area and not least a wonderful opportunity for a morning dip in the crystal clear water Here you get high quality for the money and we are sure that we will return. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience - never before in my Airbnb time have I experienced anything in this class! The apartment was in a great location, peaceful, fabulous views and easy to walk everywhere. The Metro was nearby and so efficient. The instructions to get into the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Andrew was very responsive and got back to me very quickly. I couldn’t fault the apartment at all. And the Anderson Bakery was a fantastic recommendation.

We were there for 2 weeks and didn't want to go home anymore. It was fantastically beautiful, quietly located with a fantastic view. You could walk to the small harbor in just 10 minutes. The landlady was absolutely great. We'll definitely go back. We liked it so much, if I could I would give 10 stars

Fabulous apartment in a fantastic location. Very comfortable with all the amenities. I have no hesitation in highly recommending.

The accommodation is set amidst a beautiful scenic area on a large farm right on the fjord. The beach is very easy to reach on foot and if you are lucky, you can also see some cows, deer, rabbits, foxes or the sweet cats on the way there. The apartment has everything you need and offers excellent comfort. The kitchen is super equipped and we could cook anything we wanted. Holger is very friendly and accommodating. We bought eggs and found our way around despite the language barrier.

A great little getaway that was absolutely worth it. The house is sensationally quiet in a fantastic area, the hosts are extremely nice and very accommodating, the apartment had everything you need. And this garden - a dream… We definitely felt at home. If you are looking for a quiet vacation and still want to be at a few great locations quickly, this is the place to be. Niels and Thora made us feel right at home from the beginning. They were very accommodating and helpful with getting us checked in. A couple of surprises they set up for us made the stay that much more special. We really appreciate the effort they made for our stay. One if the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. Marie was the perfect host, and her place was incredibly charming, peaceful, and cozy. The setting was beautiful, and we felt like we had our own little world to ourselves. But if we wanted to get out and explore, the guide book was full of great recommendations. We would love to stay again and recommend it highly to anyone.

We had a great stay! The host was very friendly, had prepared everything for our arrival-the house was heated, and the lights were on, so it was easy to navigate in the dark. The view from the house was amazing and the location close to the beach where we could go all the way down with the car. The house itself was cozy and had a nice atmosphere. This is a great location for a quiet getaway, be it with family or friends. While it’s a stones throw for beach access, the grounds themselves are beautiful and we took advantage by playing various lawn games that were available. The natural hot tub was a highlight. It looked intimidating at first, but easy to use.

This house is a masterpiece of history. The place itself is priceless.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s house. It was much nicer than on the photos. The house itself was amazing with all the facilities we needed. The living area, kitchen and garden were amazing. The area was super quiet so we really could relax. Although you need a car to get to shops, restaurants etc. the location was great since all major attractions where just 20 minutes away from the house. We would definitely like to come back.

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The location right on the beach was great and it was still quiet, so you could hear the sound of the sea on the terrace. The children were thrilled about the play opportunities outside and under the roof. Everything was as described.

We had a lovely few days at ZenHouse. The house had everything we needed, and the hot tub was fab. Enjoyed walking and running to the beach. Perfect for a few days relaxing. The hosts were quick to respond when needed.

Beautiful summer apartment overlooking the sea and good hiking trails along the sea. Well furnished and well equipped apartment.

A lovely well kept apartment with a small balcony which has a lovely view, and was perfect for an al fresco dinner. We were able to easily walk to the nearby Marielundskoven and it was also close to Badebroen Fjordvej for a lovely swim in the fjord. Highly recommended.

"As it would be at home in France", Peder and Kirsten are simply beautiful people: kind, respectful, cautious about the happiness of their hosts. Very touching little touches to please. As for the place... (4 days) it is a small paradise by the lake, an extraordinary view with a fantastic sunset and possibility of breakfast with swans, numerous and diverse birds in a refreshing peace. The place has everything you need, very comfortable beds with a magical lake view. Multiple hikes or walks are possible. Summer activities for everyone. We highly recommend coming to take a magical break in this caring home. The value for money is great. We wish Kristen and Peder a nice continuation.

Thoroughly delightful stay. Apartment was bright and airy, wonderful harbor view, well equipped kitchen and bath, comfortable bed, lots of supplies on-hand. Host was instantly responsive and available, good printed instructions and info on the premises. Close proximity to two supermarkets and to public transit. Wonderful pedestrian bridge to other side of inlet. Would stay here again.

The apartment is wonderfully located, and is a great starting point to experience the city. There are many activities in the surrounding area and Kristin has many tips. The apartment is wonderfully furnished. Kristin is a great host and responds very quickly.

Amazing place in the harbour in a beautiful district of Aarhus full of life, 10/10

This was a great stay for our family. Really easy and convenient for travelling with a baby.

This was a really well- equipped flat and was clearly the owner’s homely home not just a rental: there were lots of personal photos, books, binoculars etc. The temperature was always just right. It was amazing to stay in one of the most-coveted waterfront positions in such an iconic architectural complex. The view of the harbour from the flat was mesmerising-so much was happening including huge container ships being piloted in, herons hunting in the rocks, seals bobbing by …. Special mention must go to the sparrows who regularly checked in on the balcony! Aarhus is a very intriguing city with lots to explore, we wished we had a longer stay than just 3 nights.
