The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.
