Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

Quiet owner lives in his own house on the property. The large terrace of the house is used exclusively by the tenant. The rest of the garden with a wilderness bath, trampoline and fireplace can be used freely. No animals are allowed. There is no smoking in the house. The tenant brings their own bed linen, towels and cloths. Although it is an older house, we appreciate that the house is clean and tidy.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book for 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. It is only a 15-minute drive to Faaborg with Svanninge hills, mountains, bike paths and beach - close to Egeskov Castle. Brobyværk Kro is only 3 km away and shopping as well. 15 minutes to the highway.

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms. Facilities include: Billiards in the henhouse, grand piano, toys, espresso machine and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for their own final cleaning. Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 2.30/kWh (about DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).
