Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tracy City

Aaron and Jessica were fantastic hosts all the way around. The property is fabulous, the furniture is comfortable, the front porch is nice to sit on and the fire pit area is beautiful. Aaron gave us a few good ideas for extended hikes, which some of our family members did and thoroughly enjoyed. We did some hiking and swimming. An absolute must is checking out the coffee shop Highway 56 in Altamont.

Had an awesome stay - views were awesome and the area was peaceful. It was close to great hiking spots and The Caverns, making for a fun-filled and relaxing weekend with family.

The view is incredibly stunning and the home has a warm old world charm to it with great history. The host was amazing and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great as it is close to hiking areas, restaurants, and Chattanooga without being too busy! The house itself was beautiful inside and out. It was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with anything we could have needed. The hot tub was extremely nice and clean. It was very spacious. The sound of the interstate was not bad once you got inside and if you are a light sleeper, David provided ear plugs and white noise machines to cover the sound of the interstate. However, the interstate sounds should not deter you from this stay because the house, host, and location are all excellent and outweigh the noise. 100% recommend and will be staying here again.

We were in town for a friend’s birthday weekend so we were not at the house a lot. But we loved it! Super clean and quiet. The sweet cat and chickens met us when we pulled up. We loved that. We would start our day drinking coffee on the back porch enjoying the quiet!! We will be back.

Our stay at Jodie's was really nice! We were looking for a tranquil escape, and that's exactly what we found. The space itself was peaceful and private. The location couldn't have been better. Being right on campus was incredibly convenient, and we loved having such easy access to both fantastic hiking trails and the city's center. It struck the ideal balance between feeling secluded and being close to all the action. We highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay.

Becky and Russell were amazing hosts! Their hospitality really shined, as Becky provided clear and easy instructions for check-in, unexpected treats, and helpfulness in every way. They also provided extremely fast response on an issue with the washing machine, which was malfunctioning due to a lightning storm. She and Russell went out the same day and bought a new washer/dryer set. They really showed how much they care about their guest’s experience! This is such a beautiful, modern and comfortable space in a peaceful, wooded region. I really enjoyed staying here! Thank you!!

We had stayed with Mel in ‘23 and it was a great visit, we came again for another concert and stayed longer because it was so relaxing. I cannot say enough good things about this stay. I can assure you if you want some peace and quiet while being close to some amenities this is a great stay. The hosts are incredible, we are planning a return in the future

We had a great stay at Myles place for our daughter's graduation. Located right on campus with easy access to all the activities for grad weekend. It is a short walk to campus, the Sewanee Inn and Green's View. We enjoyed an absolutely beautiful sunset at Green's View one evening! Myles is such a friendly host with easy instructions for check in and his place had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Graduation weekend is busy and this apartment is in the perfect location for a quick bite to eat, a change of clothes or a quiet rest in between parties. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Sewanee. We will be staying here again.

Gary's place was excellent! It was just what we needed after wedding activities at Gardens of the Gorge. This place is very quiet at night and a great place to unwind. The view from the balcony is so nice and was a welcomed sight each morning. Thank you again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Dana was very friendly and helpful. Her home was beautiful and so peaceful. The perfect place to get away and enjoy some quiet. My husband had a wonderful birthday thanks to Dana and Scott! 11/10 ! We hope to stay there again

This was a great stay! As advertised, and with lots of resources to explore the area. We were only staying one night as part of a roadtrip, so we didn't get to experience the area, but the place was very comfortable.

This was our third stay, and it has been satisfying to see the investments made in the property over time. First there was the addition of outdoor amenities like a picnic table, grill, and lights. This time we noticed upgrades like a new mattress, TV, and coffee table. The hosts were super responsive, too, when something came up. We look forward to seeing what’s next!
