The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. You can take the kayaks out for a day on the lake. Hike, bike, cave, kayak, fish, and swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The small details made the difference compared to other properties. For example, the towels were thick and soft. The kitchen had measuring cups. The re were small battery powered lanterns that were great at night. The path to the fire pit was lined with solar powered lights. All the small details matched the description of luxurious. We loved watching the wind on the water, turtles sunning themselves, jumping fish, frog songs and blue heron tiptoeing through the water.

Excellent host and home! Absolutely beautiful inside and out! My main love was the swinging bed! 2 nights spent and it was the best sleep ever!! Only thing I wish this property had was a hottub! The back decks are incredible, they would be even better with a hottub. Overall, a 5 out of 5 stars!!

Great hosts. Very responsive. The location was perfect for our needs. Got to kayak one day on the beautiful lake, a short walk from the property. Well stocked amenities. We also got quite a bit of rain but no complaints with metal roof providing the background noise for great napping and sleeping.

A Perfect Nature Escape with City Access We had a wonderful stay at this cozy tiny home in Tracy City, TN! Nestled in a peaceful, wooded setting, it offered the perfect retreat into nature. The home was thoughtfully designed and well-equipped, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The location was ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. We enjoyed exploring the nearby state parks and lakes, renowned for their stunning waterfalls. Sharon’s website provided excellent local recommendations, enhancing our experience and helping us discover hidden gems in the area. (Check out the Dutch Maid Bakery for breakfast!) What made it even more special was its proximity to Chattanooga—just about an hour’s drive away. We took a day trip to the city and visited some fantastic attractions. Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. For anyone looking to enjoy the quiet of nature with easy access to city adventures, this tiny home is PERFECT! 🤩
