Family-friendly vacation rentals in Tracy City

Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

Beautiful home with an incredible sunrise view. You won't regret staying here. The home is clean and very well stocked. The area is very private and you can hear the waterfall below. You'll enjoy watching hummingbirds on the porch while sipping your coffee & taking in the beautiful sunrise. Great local lookout points, restaurants, coffee shop, and other attractions within 5-10 minutes from the house.

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. This was perfect for our trip! We were only a 15 min drive from a grocery store, but high enough in the mountains to feel secluded. The views were breathtaking and the tri-state trail was challenging but rewarding!

I love this cabin . It was just what me and my husband needed for our weekend getaway . We enjoyed the firepit ,swing and especially the hot tub !! Host was very responsive ! Thank you for letting us stay and can't wait to come back !!

Beautiful location! The cabin was clean and well stocked. The pool house was huge and a big hit with the kids. We loved having the private hot tub. It was a little cool all week so we didn’t realize utilize the outdoor kitchen but it was a great feature. One note- there is not really any storage space for your clothes but we just worked out of our suitcase.

I took my son who is 12 for a little Spring Break getaway, we had fun on the trail, enjoyed the property, my sons favorite was the Hot Tub. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and it had everything that you could possibly need or want. We will definitely be coming back again. The host was very communicative and friendly, I couldn't have asked for a better place or a better host.

We stayed here for a place to crash when hunting a nearby farm. Queen bed was comfortable and had everything for a boys weekend crash pad. There's a futon, queen and loft bunk area, so for 1 adult and two kids it was perfect. Their farm was great, very nice host and cute grandchildren who made me aware she was "the Main Host" :). They have a working farm with goats, cows, horses, chickens and the two 13 year old boys loved it, we got to roam and explore their 70 acres and had a great time. There's a blue hole "Greeter Falls" only 30 min away. Bring your own food.. not many options, great pizza place open 4-7pm. We grilled burgers and hot dogs, they do have really good eggs and some amazing bread for welcome gift. We'll be back.

We love visiting the McGee Cottage. This was our second stay in Beersheba Springs and it was just what the doctor ordered. The cottage is homey and cozy and old-fashioned and there is a lovely walk just outside the door. The area is full of wonderful hikes, waterfalls, and mountain views, and the McGee Cottage is a great home base for exploring the area. The peace and quiet were restorative. We'll be back!

Beautiful view from the cabin deck; located just outside a quaint little town. Very well-stocked property. Perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Only challenge was keeping the interior warm enough; several nights the temps dipped into the 20s and the fireplace, space heaters, and window units struggled to keep the interior above 50 degrees.

We enjoyed staying at Burt's Bungalow for four nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The beds are comfortable, the two bathrooms are nicely remodeled with a large walk-in shower in one and tub/shower in the other, and the location is a quick drive to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Easy drives also for us to Signal Mountain, downtown, and the Northsore. The large enclosed side yard where our pooch could run around was a nice bonus.

The Blue Bungalow was a perfect little house for our family's short Spring Break fun in Chattanooga. The location is absolutely perfect for all the major attractions... at the foot of the mountain we were only minutes from Ruby Falls, Rock City, and Point Park and only 10-15 minutes from downtown and Coolidge Park. Even better, there was an amazing playground/park within easy walking distance for those in between times to let the kids play! The house is a quaint older home with character, the beds were way more comfortable than I was expecting, and the porch swing was the perfect place for morning coffee! We will definitely come back to this house for future visits to the scenic city!

Brandy’s place was perfect for the price. Convenient and affordable. No more, no less than our guys needed while they were in town for work. Even ate at the Dunlap Restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying, the cabin was incredible. Felt like stepping back in time. Very well done. Our host even dropped off fresh baked cinnamon rolls and cake for us. Excellent surprise. Now the rest of the story… My wife and I chose this location to escape from the storms in mid TN. Weather reports looked decent. 1:00 in the morning we were woke up to tornado warnings and then it hit. Horrible experience and terrifying to be in a strange place during a tornado but, the cabin survived and kept us safe. Cindy the host was in immediate contact with us making sure we were safe and her husband came in person to check on us. Our terrible experience has nothing to do with the property or the host, both were beyond fantastic and for that alone deserve your business. We will definitely be back hopefully when the weather is better. Thank you Cindy for being a caring and wonderful person. Mostly thankful for the cabin that did its job and kept my wife and I safe.

We enjoyed our stay very much in the cabin! The area was quiet, remote and just what we wanted.

We had a great time. The location was peaceful and private. We were able to walk to many amenities, including a local park. We met our very first ground hog. The location was in a secluded neighborhood with friendly neighbors and beautiful landscaping to enjoy. Our host, Ben, was always available. Absolutely nothing went wrong.

We had a great stay here! Beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable cabin and loved having our own hot tub! The indoor heated pool and hot tub for all guests was also a great feature! The host was very nice and responsive. We would recommend this for sure and will keep Paradise Pointe in mind if we are ever back in the area.

I had an amazing time staying at this charming Airbnb in Chattanooga! The location was perfect—just a short drive to great restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and Lookout Mountain. The space itself was cozy, clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the host had thoughtful touches like accommodation for ou r children and local recommendations ready for us. The decor was modern and welcoming, and the overall vibe made us feel right at home. One of the best parts of our stay was the peaceful backyard, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring.
