You can't see any other homes from the cabin and adjacent meadow. Year round creek in the property. Meadow trail. New Hot Tub and all new Tuft & Needle mattresses for 2022! Basic amenities provided. Phelps Pharm, I Was Almost A Treehouse

The treehouse you always wanted as child but can enjoy as an adult. I started out next to three trees that had to be removed but you still may feel a treehouse sway if the wind blows the right way. We are a working farm raising beef cattle and offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides and trail rides along with kayaking down our local river in McMinnville. Our guests have the opportunity to experience farm life and assist us in gathering eggs, feeding the cows or helping with the horses.

The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. Hike, rock climb, bike, cave, kayak, fish, swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. Do it all, do absolutely nothing, or a little of both here at the Trail House.
