Pablo the perfect host. Helpful and communicative. Stay in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself is worth the price. All the amenities from the description, and even more than you expected. Everyone had their own room. There was even an airfryer. The dishwasher cubes were also included, and the host thought of everything.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

We had a wonderful stay at Juana’s apartment. The view was UNBELIEVABLE, the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was perfectly clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Could not recommend it more. Thank you !

Maria and her family are endlessly sweet, kind, and helpful with us. The apartment is well equipped, accessible and has a nice view of the sea from the terrace. There are many wonderful beaches on the seafront of Torrevieja. The apartment is separated by a street from the nearby beach. There are also many cultural; leisure; sports opportunities in the city for active relaxation. We were in town for Easter week. Everything was wonderful! Beautiful clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which is quiet but just a few steps from the beach and some great cafes, bars and restaurants. The parking was a bonus and requires a bit of manoeuvring if you have a large car but is very close and secure. Very well equipped.

We really couldn't have chosen a better place for our vacation. The house is really good, the air conditioning is great, it's pet friendly, clean and the beach is really close! 100% recommended! ❤️❤️

Extraordinary stay in Pau's apartment, the accommodation was very clean, nothing to say, perfectly equipped we did not lack anything! Even our little boy was able to enjoy the toys on site and the beach items! The residence is clean and very well maintained, we were able to enjoy the pool. The view as well as the terrace are breathtaking, a pleasure to enjoy meals with this view. Quiet environment and very close to the supermarket, ideal. We recommend it and will gladly go back.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was immaculate and decorated in a lovely fresh and modern style. Everything you need is very close by, with direct access to the beach just minutes away. Lots of walkable beach bars close by, as well as the main strip of restaurants in Los Alcázares about a half hour walk or 5 minute drive. We thought the location was perfect. We would definitely book this apartment again!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

we had a problem in the accommodation from the previous tenant. PM was notified, he offered us another accommodation that we refused because the rented accommodation corresponded to the needs of my mother-in-law who is mobility impaired. As compensation he allowed us to leave a little later which suited us. The contact person was very friendly.

Nothing to reproach. The house was in perfect condition, as shown in the photos, and Claudio was very attentive whenever I needed him. In addition, the apartment is located a few meters from the beach as indicated in the description, and the area is very quiet, there is no one who can bother you. It was a great success to have spent 5 days there and I'm very grateful for Claudio's phenomenal treatment.

A nice and cozy apartment less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Very well-equipped, quiet area with free parking. Tewfik was very available and gave us all the information we needed. Super price. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.

We had an amazing holiday. Could not been better and we would love to rent the house again. We were 3 generations together and all of us had a great time. Will recommend the villa and JK Villa Rentals highly.

everything perfect. apartment in a quiet area with everything you need to spend a few days. the beach just crossing the street. the pool saves you when there is red flag if you have children. and the garage is also a great addition.

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again
