very friendly woman who responds quickly, I was given a tour of the apartment and everything was explained, the neighborhood is very quiet

We felt at home. It didn't lack for any detail. Quiet urbanization, with a swimming pool and bar. Beach spot by car. Mercedes has been super friendly and helpful at all times, she left us a welcome detail that we thank you a lot. We definitely recommend it. Thank you very much Mercedes for everything !!

We had such a lovely 1 month stay at Stephanie's place with our dog. The house is exactly as it is described, In an ideal location if you prefer the quieter side of Torrevieja which we do. Beautiful pink salt lakes right outside your front door, great for walking the dog and taking in the amazing scenery. Restaurants and bars just round the corner and everything else in very close proximity by the car. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. we are so glad we chose Stephanie's house to stay for our holidays, and such a great value for money. Stephanie is a very lovely host, who leaves you with your own space but is also there to help with anything right away If that's the case, and always very responsive when arranging check in and check out. 10/10 stay and will definitely be back again! Thanks again Stephanie, look forward to returning!!!!

We were as delighted with our second stay at Marc's place as the previous one. Wonderful sunset just behind the lakefront home. We appreciated the improvements made to the house (new air conditioning, amenities...). Thank you Marc!

If you want location, this is it. This established neighbourhood is In short distance to the beach, Zenia Boulevard and downtown Torrevieja. Plenty of shops, restaurants and more in a walking distance, at the Punta Marina and along N332. The pool area is great and neighbours friendly, great atmosphere . Fast working air condition, good internet, good mattresses in the double beds. All in all, we had a great stay for 10 days.

Everything is very good , Lars is always pending . As other comments say, the house is even better than in the photos . Very clean everything .. I highly recommend if you are looking for a family vacation..

Lovely apartment, good location, we hired a car so only a 6 minute drive to the local beach. Nice and quiet in the evenings so ideal to get a bit of quiet away from the beach front. The pool is a really good size and It has a great bar around the corner and nice restaurants too. Ideal place to stay and we would book again. Really nice keyholders too :). Thank you

Everything is as advertised, recommended accommodation to go with children, it had everything you need for our stay, it had everything you need for our stay, the pool was great. Highly recommended

This is a lovely apartment right on the beach and it is surrounded by bars and restaurants. It’s very clean and well equipped, has a comfy bed and a decent shower. It’s very secure and we had a lovely 4 night stay. The weather was not great so we didn’t get to use the terrace but I’m sure when the sun is shining it’s a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.

Nice apartment very close to the beach. it looks like on the pictures, very lovely and equipped kitchen. Pretty nice balcon. the AC can heat and cool as well. Lovely place.

Thank you for this stay at home. Very nice apartment. It is just missing an outside table on the terrace to be able to eat in the morning and noon. A few accessories, a broom and a strainer are missing. We recommend it 100% . And the big plus was a private, gated parking lot. Very important in a rental. Thank you for your responsive availability to each message.

We used this apartment for seeing the sights in this area such as Cartegena, Murcia, etc. Parking was usually available right in front of the building. The accommodations suited our needs.
