Detached house in semi-detached house. It is 600 meters distant from a cristal clear sea. It has also a panoramic view and a small private swimming pool(from June to September) The villa is made up of a large living room with a chimney and some windows through which it is possible to enjoy the view on the sea. It provides also a kitchenette and a dishwasher, two rooms, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. It is located 20 km from Cagliari and very close to other wonderful beaches .

We really enjoyed our stay! Sergio was really flexible when it came to checking out. Our rental car was taking time to get, and Sergio was so patient with us. It was super helpful! We loved the apartment! The high ceilings on the top floor made it feel very roomy, and I slept really well - because it was really quiet and dark and cozy. Thank you for our stay!

we had a very peaceful quiet stay in a beautiful setting away from everyone - you definitely need a car but it was just what we wanted after moving house and a stressful few months - it was also quiet as its the end of the summer season when we visited - just a little too far to walk in to Dolianova but we found some lovely restaurants recommended by Pierpaolo and he was brilliant and allowed us to stay longer on the day we left as we had a late flight - very accommodating in every way Thank you Pierpaolo

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Communication with Sergio was always very quick and very friendly. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. New and lovingly decorated. We loved the fish design everywhere! Bedroom / children's room and bathroom are relatively small. Kitchen brand new and well equipped. The outdoor shower is great, we never showered inside 😃 The garden is spacious and the various seating options on the terrace in front of and behind the house are great. Quiet residential area between the sea and the village. Everything was perfect for us! Thanks Sergio!

We were with three friends for hiking/climbing in Iglesias. Viola personally welcomed us and brought a coffee pot on request ;) Many thanks for this again. The apartment was very clean and is pleasantly large. With four people, you would have enough space here. I especially have to praise the kitchen (we often cooked). It is well equipped. Spices, oil, salt and other herbs were available. The bathroom is also a nice size. All in all, we felt very comfortable. I can recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to live a little quieter but still be in the old town in 5 minutes.

Excellent spot to base in Sardinia and be able to tour the island. Super well connected and with basic shops quite close. The house has a nice view of Costa Rei Bay and is a super quiet condominium with all the essentials for an excellent vacation. Claudia and Antioco are luxury and provide the information in a timely manner.

We had a very pleasant family vacation; we immediately felt at home. Stephan, Pierre-Michel's son, is a very kind host, very nice, and attentive to our every need. Always reachable, when we asked for information and advice, he always responded immediately. Thanks to him, we were able to find beaches and restaurants in the area. The villa is beautiful, in a quiet area of Porto Pino; it offers a large outdoor space, with three BBQs; a patio that we have used every day, as it is extremely well furnished and allows us to eat outside. The house is extremely organized, with a kitchen where there was everything you could need. The rooms are fresh and spacious, with mosquito nets and air conditioning (not used because it was fine even without it). Two bathrooms with showers; washing machine, hair dryer. The place and the vast outdoor space are very suitable for children. In other words, we really reluctantly left. Thank you Pierre-Michel and Stefan!
