L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. La casa "Bouganville" è ideale per gli ospiti che scelgono una vacanza con gli amici o con la famiglia in un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. Le tre camere matrimoniali sono comode, fresche, luminose. La cucina è attrezzata e separata da un ampio soggiorno con camino e smart TV da 55 polici.Piscina con solarium, doccia acqua fredda/calda, barbeque. Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di due bagni con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati e dotati di zanzariere. Parcheggio privato.

Lovely house very close to the blue

We spent five fantastic days in Silvia's house with a garden in Torre Delle Stelle, and we already miss it! The house is cozy, super neat and equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation, nothing is missing! The garden is a small corner of paradise, very well kept, perfect for having breakfast outdoors or a nice barbecue (one evening we had a barbecue and it was great) Our dog Pepita literally fell in love with the place: she ran, sniffed, and explored every corner of the garden as if it were her home. And for us, seeing her so happy, was an extra joy ♥️ Silvia is very kind, always available, a perfect hostess! The beaches? Some can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, others are a little further away but a short drive is enough and the Sardinian postcard sea opens up before you. In short, if you are looking for a place to unwind, this is it!

We had a great vacation at Rita's: air-conditioned, bright and clean house, the view is splendid and we enjoyed the outdoors very much. The location of the house is ideal for exploring southern Sardinia, we recommend it!

Manuela was fantastic, her place is very nice and had 5-star amenities! Perfect for vacations with children, I have a 1 and a half year old daughter and for her it was a dream vacation. The sea can be reached on foot in 5/10 minutes with beautiful water. Alternatively, with the car you can reach another beautiful beach, even the one sheltered by the winds. The place had everything I needed for my daughter from the bed to the high chair for the pappa and even games to keep her at its best. Manuela also gave great advice on where to go and eat. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is it. The beautiful Mediterranean villa by the sea in your dreams. The house is elegant, comfortable, and has everything you would need. Even beach umbrellas and chairs. There is a supermarket nearby, beautiful beaches, and a fantastic pizza restaurant (Aquarium). The views are indescribably gorgeous outside. Each level has something unique. Little nooks to take in the sunset, a level with a pool/outdoor shower, a level with fruit trees and herb gardens. So many surprises. We enjoyed happy hour every night on the patio, watching the sailboats cruise by (sipping the delicious local Vermentino wine). The hosts Federica and Carlo were warm and welcoming. They met us at the villa when we arrived and made us feel right at home. Even leaving delicious snacks/drink so we didn’t need to go shopping right away. They were always available to answer questions. They also helped us make a reservation at a restaurant. Wonderful people. It’s perfect here, just book it.

I was at Gabriella's property in August for the holidays with a friend of mine. Although it was a very popular time for summer vacations, the area was very quiet and peaceful. A few steps away there is a restaurant (really very good) and a grocery store; the beach (with beautiful sea) can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. Thanks to Gabriella's precise directions we found the house quite easily, which was very tidy and clean exactly as we had been shown in the description and photos. The part we liked the most is definitely the small terrace where we had breakfast every day, very nice and quiet. I am really happy to have chosen this property which, also for its convenient location that allowed us to quickly reach many wonderful beaches of Sardinia, made our vacation beautiful.

Place was amazing, super niche and unique. Personally loved the set up of the rooms/ very aesthetically pleasing.

We had a very good time. Thanks a lot for the excellent tips of Maria Bruna for shops and restaurant in the area. We highly recommend the place.
