Amazing beach front apartment

What an absolute gem of a place ! My friend and I are seasoned travellers and are accustomed to quality standards when it comes to accommodation. Harsh’s place exceeded our expectations from the offset. The communication was fantastic by both hosts, covering not only the accommodation but the local area too. The accommodation is welcoming/ spotless and has all the amenities and facilities you require with ample space. The balcony is spacious and being at a top level has great views of the pool and the beach/sea. The lift is ideal for elders or those with young children. Most of all the place felt safe and secure. The idyllic beach is 2 minutes away. and within another 5 minutes you hit the promenade where there are multiple shops / coffee shops / bars / restaurants with a wide variety or choice to suit everyone’s needs. A further 10 minutes and you are at a quaint marina. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends, families or even couples looking for an enjoyable retreat.

The apartment is centrally located between the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. It is as described, very spacious and cozy. The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

I had a lovely stay at Maria's apartment, it is beautifully kept, clean and modern with everything I needed. It's in a great location for the city and the beach. Maria was a fabulous host and was really helpful. I'd really recommend staying here for your trip.

A very pleasant stay for a bachelor party. Frederic was always very attentive to everything, kind and helpful, he even adapted the sofa for one night when there were more people. A phenomenal location to spend a few days both in the house and in the pleasant surroundings that surround it. Close to natural areas to enjoy and very nice villages. We will definitely be back.

An impressive duplex in Las Fuentes

We had a great time, the area is super quiet, near the accommodation there are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, the beach of the fountains and some beautiful routes around the lighthouse area. The house is perfect, it has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at your own home, it is newly renovated and everything is brand new. One small drawback is that sometimes, and especially when it rained, the pipes in the downstairs bathroom smelled bad. Despite this, we loved our stay and would definitely repeat it, we recommend staying at Scot's house.

We had a great stay! Isabel was very accommodating and assisted us several times with finding storage for our luggage and booking us a taxi. The place was beautiful and close to the beach and other wonderful places nearby such as parks and restaurants. We would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. Thank you for the nice days in your great apartment which you have furnished with love, stylishly and harmoniously, we felt very comfortable. The view of the sea and the palm trees from the living room, one of the bedrooms and the balcony is fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfect for us. Short distances from the underground parking space to the apartment, excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Aldi and Mercadona are within walking distance in 3 minutes. Tip, in the Mercadonna back left, food is cooked daily and various food can be taken away. We ate very well and inexpensively at the Acapulco restaurant a few steps south of the apartment towards the sea. There is local cuisine and also very delicious pizza. Too bad we have to go home already!
