Too much to do in the short time we were there. One day. Way better than any hotel booking could offer. Would recommend for any chi events.

I loved staying here it was honestly really nice except for 2 things, there were a few small pieces of popcorn on the couch which I assumed meant it wasn’t fully clean but I didn’t mind that much since there weren’t many. The other thing was the water in the sink got really hot but the shower and bath water only got pretty warm not really hot enough to be a comfortable shower. But overall an amazing very worth it place to stay.

Fantastic space, plan to stay at the Woolworth for every Omaha trip going forward.

If you are visiting Omaha, this is the perfect location. Located right in the Old Market area everything is literally right outside your door. The apartment was as described and it is super helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit for longer stays (detergent and dryer sheets included!). The only downside to this apartment, which isn't Elizabeth's fault, is that the unit we stayed in overlooked an alley. that in itself isn't horrible until the first early morning when the garbage trucks show up to dump the numerous dumpsters located in the alley. I would definitely recommend this apartment and location to anybody looking for the perfect place to stay when in Omaha!

This place was the perfect location for our trip. Old Market is a fun neighborhood with a lot to do and most options can be walked to. Check-in and check-out were very easy and Elizabeth gave clear and detailed instructions about what to expect.

I have stayed at several of the owners locations and am always pleased. From the ease of check-in to the quick responses we always have a good visit. This visit I made a mistake when scheduling by reserving an upstairs unit when we needed ground floor and they quickly moved me to one that met our needs. Thank you Penny for such a quick response and for being so helpful.

We had a great stay! Plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 kids.

The place was even better than I expected! It was the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever stayed it. The only thing I think guests should know before booking this exact loft is that there aren’t any windows in the entire place. The window to the atrium, which is basically an office space, is completely enclosed without any natural light. The location is wonderful, and there is a lot of places for food and coffee within one block.

Close to stores such as Ross , TJMax, & a Kroger

Flexible, super nice, great area and very convenient. Easy to get in and out. Very willing to work with their guests

It was an awesome time ! Minor inconveniences that were easily discussed amongst us and the host! I loved the little space, and the patio was my favorite. Definitely felt right at home.

Jerry was a great host and his place was exactly as advertised we’ll definitely stay there on our next visit.

I am actually a “neighbor “ (live in the area) whose plumbing needed an emergency replacement and I use Maximilian’s as a refuge…..it was great!

this is probably what the founder first thought when he slept in his friends couch. Just a place to stay with the necessities. not a whole experience like some people have. Just the basic spot. we are always greatful for this place! we're not looking for a frilly vacation spot. Just the basics. this place has been a God send for our workers. I'm sure when the remodeling is done it will be awesome!!

No complains, very accurate description, super helpful hostess with great communication, for the price had very low expectations but was a nice surprise

perfectly suitable for what i needed and affordable. really the most important factors to me was that the beds were clean, there were no bugs, the area felt safe, and i was more than warm during this cold spell. their response time was quick, the minor issues i had were dealt with, and the staff was friendly. for the price i honestly have no complaints!

For the price, it's the best you'll find.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless/Easy, thanks to the host's clear and timely communication. The hotel was exactly as described in the listing—older, clean, and plenty of counter space, with attention to every detail to ensure comfort. The space itself was well-organized, with a mini fridge/microwave, a vanity area/desk, and night stand with plenty of space to move around. The bed was better than expected, softer than other places we have stayed and plenty of pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean, with two towels and plenty of toliet paper provided. What truly stood out was the host's hospitality. They provided an excellent welcome guide, offering plenty of instructions , and quick to respond. The location was perfect, offering easy access on/off the highway.
