The kitchen is equipped with a small bar sink, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, toaster oven, small fridge and cooking essentials. Historic garage apartment conveniently located: 5 minute walk from the river park/Arkansas river 15 minute walk to the BOK center 30 minute walk to the Gathering Place 30 minute walk to Guthrie Green 30 minute walk to the Boxyard We park in the garage below, and will need to move our car by 7:45 AM on weekdays. This will not affect your parking in the driveway, but you will hear us raise the garage door. Thank you for your understanding.
