This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Summit Hill Gardens Cottage, a little bit of paradise, is a place to enjoy solitude, peace and quiet. Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.

The Cottage at The Lodge at Taylor Ranch

This cozy little cottage used to be our Grandmothers art studio! We upcycled the little building into a place for guests to come relax on the ranch! The cottage is nestled in our tiny RV Park and near our horse and chickens! It has the best view for sunsets over our hay meadow! We have over 200 acres to explore! Bring your fishing gear or ask to borrow ours! We also have 2 Disc Golf Courses as well!

Make some memories at Mulberry Farm, a fully renovated country farmhouse. Large yard with a cozy swing in the mulberry tree overlooked by the sunny patio. The location just off I-70 means it is close to Topeka (20 minutes) and Manhattan (less than 30 minutes). Also close to St. Mary's (20 minutes) and Maple Hill (5-8 minutes). Take a stroll on our 30 acres, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.
