Monthly Rentals in Tom Sawyer Island

My first Airbnb experience was at David’s property and it was a very pleasant experience, the host was very friendly, polite and helpful, I highly recommend this property to everyone and I will surely be back again soon. 🥰❤️

Great stay! The place was very easy to get in and out of, had everything I needed, and was clean and well kept. One note: There’s no central heating/cooling, so you’ll probably want to run the window unit in the summer/winter, or if you’re hot natured like I am. That wasn’t a big deal for me, but between the window unit (which is next to the bed) and the fridge, I could see how the noise could bother light sleepers. That said, this was the perfect fit for me and I would 100% recommend it to others.

Great place owner was super accommodating and helpful when we first arrived it was a little rocky a coupe of issues but they were resolved right away and I’m super thankful for that would definitely recommend

Thinh was a great host and this home had everything we needed for a 5 week stay. The beds were very comfortable, and there is plenty of closet space for a longer stay. This was walking distance from Historic Old Town Orange, so we walked to some great restaurants every weekend and some weeknights. We are highly reliant on internet, and we had no issues. Groceries, gas stations and major highways close by. We felt at home here. Thank you, Thinh!
