It's a nice apartment. There's plenty of room and you're in a nice neighborhood with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and a laundromat that's only a 2 minute walk from. The nearest station isn't that far either, it's only about an 8 minute walk.

The apartment is compact, but very new and has everything our family of 4 needed. The sofa bed is large and comfortable. We loved the very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, just a bit away from the hustle and bustle. And the hosts were super responsive and helpful!

3泊4日間東京に過ごしながら横浜を選択し、宿を探してみて、ここが立地が本当に良くて選びました。みなとみらい三洋クラブのある街まで歩いて30分で、チャイナタウンの内部に位置していつでも美味しい食べ物にも接することができます。 9分の距離に駅があり、コンビニも近くにあります。利便性が今まで旅行に行ったところで指折りで、あえてチャイナタウンのためじゃなくても宿としての価値が本当にいいです。トイレ、シャワー室、リビングが分離されていて、暖房と冷房、水温もよく作動します。冷蔵庫は大きくてハンガーも10個以上あり、電子レンジ、電気ポット、テレビ、ソファー、ウェルカムドリンク、ツインベッド、コンディショナー、シャンプー、ボディソープなど宿で必要と思われるすべてのものが適材適所によく配置されていて本当に楽でした。衛生的な部分もトイレ、リビングすべて綺麗で負担がなかったし、管理に本気なのが見えました。本当にいい宿で過ごせたようです。来る方法も案内してくださったしワイファイ案内、近くの美味しい店案内近くの施設案内などなど様々な便宜施設案内冊子も作ってくださって楽に利用できました。短い時間だったけど、配慮のおかげで本当にいい宿にいました。こんないいところを運営してくださってありがとうございます。

This has been one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed out. Very Spacious for 4 people and was a nice and private space. Amenities were great and instructions were everywhere making it easy if you can not read Japanese. The host was very responsive and very kind and I would highly recommend this place. It is a bit further from the city center but train is right there and it did not take too long.

This was such a perfect home base for our stay in Fujiyoshida. The neighborhood was full of great restaurants and amazing views. We also had rented a car, so the parking spot made coming and going a breeze. We were able to explore the region with confidence and know we had a comfortable place to return “home” to. The 2 full bathrooms made getting ready in morning and night a much more efficient process. The loft gave our preteen some privacy from the rest of the family as well. This will be a place and week we will always remember in our family.

Loved staying here in this beautiful house. Location was fantastic on top of a beautiful hill. Was really clean and quiet and plenty of towels provided. It was as pictured so very lovely. Only thing to point out was that 2 of the bedrooms did not have curtains or blinds so our children were awake early with the dawn light. However we were happy to wake early to enjoy more time in the property. Check in e-mail with door PIN code went to junk e-mail box so not found initially but soon resolved by the host sending again. All in all loved the place and would stay again!

ワーケーションのため3泊4日で利用しました。北欧の家具が好きなのでお部屋は理想にぴったり！隅々まで清潔に掃除されていて、アメニティも細かいところまで気を遣われていて、充実していました。個人的に、気になったいたブランドの家具の使用感を試す事もできて良かったです🛋️ 軽井沢銀座までは歩くと少し距離がありますが、いつでも使える自転車があるので、お気に入りのパン屋さんやスーパーへの買い出しにとても便利でした🚲 一階にあるローストチキンをテイクアウトしてお部屋でいただきましたが、とってもおいしかったです😋 部屋の隣にあるシェアオフィスを無料で利用でき、集中して仕事ができるのでテレワークにおすすめです😊 目の前の通りを大きなトラックが通る時に振動が伝わってくるのが少しだけ気になりましたが、その他は大満足です🤗

We had a fantastic stay at Reiko’s place in Machida! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient, with a grocery store and a 7-11 just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials. The nearest train station is about a 12-15 minute walk, and from there, you can reach most parts of Tokyo in about an hour, making this a great spot for those who want a peaceful stay with easy city access. Reiko was an absolutely wonderful host! She lives downstairs, but the apartment is completely private on the upper floor. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even leaving us some delicious food and snacks upon check-in, which was such a warm welcome after a long journey. Communication was smooth, and she was always available for any questions. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with a truly exceptional host, this is the perfect place. We would love to stay here again!

Meine Partnerin, unser 1-jähriger Sohn und ich waren die ersten Gäste in der Unterkunft und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, der Lage, der Größe der Unterkunft und mit der Kommunikation unserer Gastgeberin. Etwas besseres hätten wir uns für Tokyo fast nicht vorstellen können. Selten findet man ein Apartment in der Größe (2Räume), in der Lage für diesen Preis. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und herzlich, sie haben uns mit Verpflegung und Öl für das Baby versorgt, Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und waren immer erreichbar. Wir würden bei einem zweiten Besuch in Tokio auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

温泉がよかったです。サウナも楽しめました。シアタールームもよかったです。強風でバーベキューグリルの火がすぐに消えてしまって、結果バーベキューは出来なかったのは残念でしたが、オーブンでお肉も焼けたので結果オーライでした。

Wir waren Ende April in Tokio bei der Familie Terakoshi zu Gast und haben unseren Aufenthalt extrem genossen. Die Unterkunft war klein, aber für uns zwei vollkommen ausreichend. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem, wir haben geschlafen wie Babys ;) Die Küche hatte alles, was man so braucht - einen Wasserkocher, einen Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle und ausreichend Geschirr. Das Badezimmer war mit einer beheizten Toilette (wir sind verliebt!) und einer kleinen, aber sehr angenehmen Dusche ausgestattet. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Familie hat uns ganz genaue Anweisungen und Beschreibungen geschickt. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft war perfekt, wir konnten sehr viel zu Fuß machen, weil sie so zentral zwischen den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Gleichzeitig ist das Viertel Akasaka ruhig und angenehm. Wenn wir einmal die U-Bahn gebraucht haben, waren wir schnell bei der Chiyoda- oder der Ginza-Linie. Ein toller Aufenthalt, vielen Dank für alles!

Perfect place - close to Atami stations for local trips. I liked breakfasts and onsen. Also nice view from balcony. Staff is keeping rules so you can really relax and there is no noice after 22:00.
