Overall we enjoyed our stay. Surroundings are beautiful and view from the balcony was great. Definitely need a car to visit places. Local grocery stores 5 minutes away by car. Local beach was dirty so we googled around for better beaches. Mid September the pool was cold so we didn’t enjoy the pool however the place was great for a family reunion of 9. There are beautiful beaches 20-30 minutes all around. Be ready for a very steep drive up to the house and plenty of friendly cats stopping by. There is a soccer field and basketball field 10 minutes walking from the house. Overall I would recommend this place for bigger families! We left with positive emotions as this was our first time in Turkey.

Ms. Ozlemfr's house is impeccably luxurious. Spacious room, beautiful interior, fully equipped. Most importantly, a warm and friendly hostess who welcomed us with patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants according to our needs, and we finally chose a Turkish-style barbecue restaurant, which was of great quality. We feel very lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the beginning of our trip, perfect for a self-drive tour.

Thanks to Ms. Özlem, our stay was smoothly. She responded to our questions in a series before the stay and provided detailed explanations. We had a nice weekend with our group of 12 friends. We were 6 families, everyone had their own room and bathroom. The amenities of the house were very sufficient, air conditioning in each room, a large garden, 2 large barbecue kitchen utensils, we spent time comfortably with our friends, large seating groups, 10 minutes by car to the center of Çeşme and 15 minutes to Alaçatı.

The farmhouse I stayed in was truly beyond my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The location of the house was also quite ideal; its proximity to the beach made our holiday even more enjoyable. However, it is worth noting that it may be a bit remote for those arriving without a vehicle. Great experience overall and I can recommend this house with peace of mind.

we wanted to have a calm and peaceful holiday, which was quite enjoyable for us during our two-day vacation. The house was as seen in the pictures and everything needed was available. We only had a technical problem with the wifi, but a solution was provided in a quick time. Ms. Tuğçe was quick to respond to all the questions we asked and helped us with everything from restaurant suggestions to car rentals. The food and cocktails of the restaurant next to the house were just as nice and delicious. We were very satisfied with our stay and felt at home. Ms. Tuğçe, thank you for everything. It was a great house. We stayed with a group of 6 friends and all the amenities were sufficient. The house was spotless. Each room has its own separate balcony. It has an amazing garden. There are two terraces and the balconies have sea views. Mr. Vassas and his wife showed us everything about the house and told us. They prepared sweet treats like homemade jams and cookies for us. Ms. Tuğçe answered all our questions quickly. It was very easy to get in touch with her. Highly recommend to anyone.

The stay went smoothly. The house is a very sweet place, beautifully decorated. The White and Green house shares the same courtyard. The red house we stayed in is behind them and has a more private courtyard. We didn't even need to communicate much with the clear check-in and check-out instructions provided by the host, everything is already well thought out.

The accommodation experience offered by Mr. Şerafettin in Çeşme was really great. The house was very spacious and immaculately clean, every detail was thoughtfully thought out. Everything we saw in the photos was presented in person and we didn't get any surprises. The host supported us in case of any problems or needs, regardless of the time, which allowed us to have a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Even though we were in November, being able to use the pool was also a big plus thanks to the pool heating system. Highly recommend, thank you Mr. Şerafettin!

We were sufficiently satisfied with our stay with 2 3-year-old children as 2 families. Everything has been thought out in detail. Especially the kitchen supplies. Only in the houses/rooms where we see this as missing from hotels and in every accommodation is not included in the houses/rooms. Yes, mosquito nets have been built everywhere in the house, but it is not possible to be able to watch it with children ☺️ at the age of 3, and if the lounge sets are changed, a warmer environment can be created in color, not missing, suggestion. A patio should be built on the part facing the pool side because it gets quite sunny during the day. And a table can be placed in the garden for food. This is what we see missing. Other than that, it was a well thought out house. We left satisfied. Definitely preferable again.

This was one of our best Airbnb stay.. The flat is very fancy and very well located with an excellent sea view and equipped with anything you may need. Evengelos is also great host and was very helpful in every aspect. We would not think to stay anywhere else during our future visits to Chios.

Aryetta is a very caring and responsive host, I had asked for a tavern suggestion that we were coming for the wedding anniversary.
